Staying at Bettina’s place felt very cozy and at home. I especially appreciated the great view, the apartment contains all the necessary amenities. The only inconvenience is that it is located on 3rd floor and climbing the spiral staircase can be tiring. Bettina puts a lot of care into making guests feel at home, there was a heating problem but Bettina quickly attended to it and also provided with a substitute electric heater. From the little thoughtful touches like welcome snack, great coffee, cozy blankets, to the complimentary cleaning service, everything was just right. Communication was seamless, and the location made exploring wiesbaden a breeze. The place is both stylish and welcoming, would love to come back again.😊

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is very large. The rooms are modernly furnished, very clean and very cozy. The bathroom is a dream with large shower and bathtub. The large kitchen has everything you need, the dining area offers enough space for up to 6 people. The Rhine with Biebrich Castle with beautiful park can be reached in about 1/2 hour on foot. The center of Wiesbaden can be reached by car in about 10 minutes by bus in about 15 minutes. Parking is possible at any time in front of the house. A grocery store in the immediate vicinity is a few minutes' walk. We felt very comfortable there and will book this accommodation again if possible. Angela is very friendly and helpful, requests were answered within a very short time. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice spacious apartment. The apartment was super clean and had good facilities in the bathroom, kitchen and cleaning room. The furnishings are still a bit old-fashioned, but this has no influence on the cozy feeling that the apartment exudes.

If I could, I'd award more stars. It really doesn't get any better! We were greeted personally and received all the information about the apartment and its surroundings directly. Alina was accessible throughout and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was sparkling clean with everything your heart desires. We were particularly positively surprised by the basic equipment in the kitchen (spices, oil, coffee, etc.) and the fold-out changing table (even with a diaper pail!). I would particularly like to highlight the beds/ mattresses in the bedroom and the sofa beds (we used all three sleeping options) Really super clean and cozy, but above all not worn out! This is rarely found in this quality. Overall, we felt incredibly comfortable and the apartment was perfect for our three generations (the youngest <2; the oldest >70 years)! We will definitely be back!

Everything was as described. We really did not spend much time in the house as we were mostly out and about. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking the village and hills to the West. Lots of hiking & biking trails in close proximity. The village offers modern conveniences, grocery stores, biergarten, restaurants.

Tobias’ charming Airbnb was perfect for us! This newly renovated, sparkling clean apartment is in the heart of the suburb of Mainz-Gonsenheim. We enjoyed the excellent public transportation and the free covered parking spot. Breite Straße offers a fantastic selection of bakeries, a butcher shop, various retail stores, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants - all within walking distance. We especially loved the “Bürgerhof” (on the ground floor of the same building) with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere and its delicious choices of traditional German fare! At night, the surroundings were peaceful and quiet and we appreciated the comfortable bed. Tobias is an incredibly attentive and responsive host. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Everything worked out beautifully! The place is well maintained, very clean and exactly as described. Benjamin was super friendly even before arrival and the warm welcome immediately made up for our turbulent arrival. Clear recommendation – always happy to come back!

We stayed there with our daughter (2 years) and can recommend it without reservation as accommodation for young families. For long walks you only have to walk 50m further and stand in the field. We also found the quiet area to be very pleasant. The possibility to use the wallbox for charging was also super convenient. Thank you & Regards ✌️

We had a particularly nice contact with Brigitte in the run-up to our vacation. She is so warm and welcomed us lovingly. And if we had a question, she responded immediately to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She succeeded very well, because we had very nice vacation days in the very clean and very well-kept apartment. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The atmospheric Christmas decoration was the "icing on the cake." The super beautiful view of mountains and fields from the living room is also great. We are hiking enthusiasts and that's exactly what you can do wonderfully in the nearby area. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The apartment is in a great location, as there is a direct connection to the bus. It was great to find, as it was well advertised. Your own parking space is worth its weight in gold! We were able to talk to the landlord very easily and he responded to our concerns. We felt comfortable and slept very well, or rested on the comfortable sofa. Thank you!!

Unfortunately, we were only there 2 nights over Easter and we enjoyed it very much. The accommodation, the furnishings are very well equipped, very tasteful and modern! There was nothing missing and you felt right at home. Immediately after our arrival, Yannik had welcomed us with his children Constantin and Clara and we were able to contact him at any time with questions and requests. The balcony with its comfortable seating, the grill and the great views invite you to linger. The surroundings inspire with beautiful extensive hiking routes, we chose the Gedeonseck Rheinblick and were rewarded with a fantastic view of the Rhine loop. We will be happy to come back.....

Stefi and her husband are warm and thoughtful hosts. We felt very comfortable there. The studio apartment was spacious and cozy for two of us, the kitchen well equipped and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We were able to use the pool in the house and by arrangement also the sauna. We had a great, quiet and relaxing weekend.

This apartment ,very clear and spacious , 30 minutes from Koblenz (according to work in progress and therefore traffic conditions!!) proved to be a haven of peace in nature. Nice terrace, with aromatic plants conducive to rest, and on the same level access to the private pool. A luxury when you come home after the very varied visits around ( Eltz- Belstein-Coblence-Bad Ems- Limburg-Eltville and Eberbach monastery). Everything is quality . Erika is a discreet and attentive host. We recommend it!

Lovely clean place. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication worked very well. The train station is a few minutes away. You don't hear any trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting with the two of them. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Being able to sit by the pool in April. Extensive amount of items to use. With neighbors a bit noisy, but around bedtime it was quiet. Beautiful area for hiking. We will definitely come back here again.

we were there for the second time and were very satisfied again....the apartment is right on the forest,so ideal for the dogs... the connection is very good and to Bonn it is also not far.... the apartment is very large and cozy and equipped with everything you need every day...the communication was great... in addition, there are many , beautiful chickens running freely in the garden...we liked it very much again and we'd love to come back....☺️☺️
