We felt cozy the moment we arrived at the place. It’s very close to key establishments and offers good parking space. The host was highly responsive, and the price was definitely worth it. We’ll definitely book again when we visit Butuan.

Ms. Rochel was very nice and understandable of my situation. I had several mishaps with the time and had to check-in late, and she was always available for my updates. She still greeted me with smiles and helped me get in even at 8pm (which was pretty late in the province). The place was very warm and cozy with nice furnitures, and had ample space for the rooms. All necessities were provided and it even came with complimentary treats. I had no problem getting in and out of the compound. And the best part is, it is very close to the airport (just 10-15 minutes away) - which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience. Would definitely come back and stay again at her place. 😊

We stayed here for a quick stopover before our flight. The host provided all the necessary information, including a map and nearby landmarks. Unfortunately, I missed her message, and since the map on the listing itself wasn’t accurate, we got a bit lost—but that was on me. However, it would be helpful if the listing included the updated map and more specific directions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The place was clean, the host was responsive, and the caretaker was kind and accommodating

Honestly the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Butuan!💗 Super cozy, super clean, and just gave me that home away from home feeling. The owner is sooo friendly and replies really fast—made everything feel so easy and comfy from start to finish.💞 There’s a good parking space too (which is a plus for me!), and the unit? Totally worth it. Like… it’s super affordable for how nice everything is. I already told myself I won’t be booking a hotel in Butuan anymore—unless (sadly) this place is fully booked! Huge thanks to Ma’am Reo for being such a great host and for making this place so affordable for everyone! You’re truly the best!💖 Highly recommend it! Will def be back.☺️
