Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Nardò

We had such a lovely time in Salento - it was such a peaceful time to come before the summer season fully got underway. The house was perfect, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for a meal in. The bed was really comfortable too. Such a pretty courtyard with pomegranate tree in bloom. Marco was helpful and very professional and Lucia, who lives a couple of doors down and who, we discovered (my Italian is limited) owns the property, was absolutely delightful. We even got a big hug at the end of our stay. Sannicola was perfect as it is not on the tourist trail and it was a great jumping off point to visit other towns and beaches in the heel of Italy. The swimming was amazing in clear ‘azzurro’ sea, and the beaches were quiet. Driving in the area is a joy too after the busy roads in Sussex that we are used to. Would recommend ‘Ragno 1975’ restaurant which served up some of the best pizza ever made and delicious seafood.

We had a great time at Tiziana's apartment, who is a very responsive host. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen very functional. The terrace is lovely for eating outside and the private parking is a big plus. I would highly recommend Tiziana's accommodation!

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

It was amazing to visit Vincenzo’s flat! They are supernice, and the atmosphere was sooo good! They made dinner courses(it needs to pay), and highly reccomend to experience! It’s better than other ristorante ever! I hope to visit here again :)

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed in this apartment for a few days and was really satisfied. The location is central and perfect for exploring the city on foot, with all the main amenities and attractions at your fingertips. The apartment is modern, clean and well furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Air conditioning works well and Wi-Fi is fast. The owner was kind and helpful, responding promptly to our every request. Recommended for those looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay in the city.

House in a very good location in a very quiet environment. Pietro is very available and has a real sense of hospitality. Ideally located to explore the area and with a small beach nearby (2 min walk) to swim safely and snorkel (which is a real plus, because in Italy the beaches are either private: overcrowded, or difficult to find for access to the water due to the geological specificities of the coast). We were a couple and really enjoyed this house.

Tiziana is charming, attentive and super friendly. We were delighted in the house, super quiet, with parking, it was spectacular.

Very nice place to stay, very quiet, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, some utensils are missing in the kitchen to be able to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). Would be great if that was added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

What a great place to stay if you are looking for a homebase in Puglia! The place is absolutely perfect with enough amenities for an entire family (we were 6 adults). The pool and garden were an amazing add-on. And to top it all the host is very attentive, answered quick and ensures everything is ok! We will definitely come back when visiting that part of Italy!

Beautiful house on the ocean

A true Puglian paradise! We were welcomed by the host who left a map with loads of recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities, which was very helpful! One thing in particular that stood out was the well-stocked kitchen (fruit, vegetables, wine, water and plenty of coffee). You don’t see that very often, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The house cat was very cute and so were her 4 kittens! 😻

This is the kind of place that I wish would stay secret because it is so perfect. The appartment is on a high floor of a beautiful building overlooking the water, with gorgeous sea views from the windows. The amenities were as described. The beds are comfortable and I'll be dreaming of the master bedroom with that view on the sea. Walking down to the sea at the base of the building takes you to a gorgeous cliffside bay and there are sun chairs to lay out with a parasol. Access into the water wasn't as easy as I expected, but we were also there at a time of year where the sea was still cool and there were waves big enough to make us second guess swimming there. The village was quite quiet as we were off season, with many storefronts and restaurants still shut down. We enjoyed the quiet and made use of our rented car to explore surrounding villages. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene, well located, quiet getaway with a wonderful host.

Everything was great. We felt right at home. Matteo's place is nice, privately located and secluded and has spectacular views of the ocean. You don't even need to go down to the beach and the ocean to feel at the sea.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We, a couple with a toddler, have enjoyed Alessandra‘s place very much. Very spacious living area with big kitchen. Outside area is also very nice and private. Additionally, Alessandra was very helpful host and always responsive to all queries. Highly recommended!

Mirko and Sharon are extremely warm people and hosts. You can feel how much love the house and the property were designed with. The living/dining area is a great place to relax with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the ocean. There are many seating and lounging areas on the property; everyone will find the right place for themselves. The kitchen is excellently equipped. Mirko and Sharon gave us a lot of valuable tips for exploring the area as well as for restaurants, which we would also recommend without hesitation. As a starting point for diverse places in Puglia, Urmo is perfect; a historic place nearby is better than the next. We'll be back.

Stefania's place was perfect! we couldn't ask for more. Big modern flat with balconies facing the sea. plenty of parking and very close to Old town. the flat had everything you might need. I would book again for sure.

Beautiful apartment. This season this Airbnb ticks all the boxes. It's a real paradise. We had a great week. You can't miss the sunrise over the sea. Access to the sea is a little sporty and requires appropriate shoes, as recommended by Livia. But the pleasure is intense. The small beach of Acqua Viva a little further away is very popular but absolutely fabulous. The recommendations for nearby restaurants served us well. We used this address to spread throughout Salento. The hosts of the apartment downstairs were charming and quiet. We highly recommend it.

What a great experience to stay in Ugo & Francesca’s place! It was beautiful, unique and we had everything we needed. Our hosts were very welcoming and responsive. The beach is super close and there are some lovely lidos/beach clubs nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Grazie Ugo & Francesca :)
