This is a spacious house with the traditional, high ceilings "volte a stelle". It is about 98 square meters. Everything has been renovated in a very modern way. The house has air conditioning and heating. In addition, a wood-burning stove is also available for fall and winter days. The garden is beautiful. It's just a 5-minute walk to the baroque old town of Nardò.
