stayed in osaka for two weeks an absolutely enjoyed my stay here! a great in between from osaka and kyoto, so i got to experience the best of both worlds (: nora was very responsive and proactive in sending recommendations if you're ever in need of local activities! easy to find and very flexible check in. station nearby had escalators for any extra luggages! everything was clean and well maintained. easy to follow instructions for trash sorting and the like. would definitely recommend, thank you!

The location is perfect, very close to JR Nara station, and the neighborhood is very quite, zero noise at the night. The loft is lovely comfortable, and I got good sleep during the stay

번화가인 난바까지 지하철 4정거장, 난바에서 우메다까지 8정거장 정도로 거리가 많이 멀지 않았으며 집 근처 5분 거리쯤에 LIFE라는 대형 마트가 있기 때문에 필요한 물건, 음식 등을 사기에 어려움이 없었습니다☺️ 덕분에 즐거운 여행 되었습니다 감사합니다!

It is my second monthly stay at this place. It's clean, bright, and sunny in the room in the morning. They also allowed me to use a bicycle for free. I've booked another Masako's place for a monthly stay. The place is perfect for solo travelers, and the neighborhood is peaceful. An outlet mall with Costco next to it is 15 minutes away by taxi. I went there several times to eat and shop. Many tourists go there from the city because the mall has a direct shuttle that takes about 30 minutes.

房东热情地提供了附近的餐厅和超市指南，步行只需要五分钟即可到达～靠近电车站，列车经过会听见声音，我是深度睡眠者，所以没关系。满意👍

Il posto è piccolo ma molto accogliente, ti senti proprio a casa. Si trova vicino alla stazione di Kayashima quindi con la Keihan Railway puoi arrivare ovunque facilmente. Il letto era comodo, il bagno era pulito e in generale si sta bene. Accanto all’edificio c’è appunto la ferrovia, quindi ogni tanto passa il treno, ma si sente poco e per me non è mai stato di disturbo. Le pareti sono sottili ma non mi sono capitati vicini particolarmente rumorosi. Apprezzo tanto la tranquillità del quartiere e la comodità dei trasporti vicini, penso che se vuoi un posto tranquillo, accogliente ed economico per stare ad Osaka questo sia perfetto. Quando tornerò ad Osaka mi assicurerò di soggiornare nuovamente qui.

Nora, response is always immediate. She is helpful and comforting. This is my second time staying there. Location is easy to go to Kyoto and Osaka. Room looks like in photos, modern Japanese theme. Very clean with essential for daily use and cooking.

I enjoyed my stay in Toru's apartment and look forward to the prospect of returning in the future.

これまで利用した民泊の中でも、特に印象に残る素晴らしいお部屋でした。備え付けの食器から寝具まで清潔感があり非常に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。清掃道具やアメニティも充実しており、細やかな気配りが随所に感じられました。 また、家具や小物のセンスも良く、シンプルながら温かみのある空間で、ゆったりとリラックスできました。 強いて言えば、冷蔵庫がややコンパクトで、2リットルのペットボトルを立てて冷やすのが難しかった点が少し気になりましたが、それを上回る快適さとホスピタリティがあり、またぜひ再訪したいと思えるお部屋でした。

Todo estuvo excelente. La zona es hermosa y el departamento ofrecia una vista linda.

Good location, friendly locals and a cozy room. It was a little dirty when I got there so I gave the kitchen a good clean. Also I had to buy some of my own utensils but over all it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely come back.

Excellent apartment with wonderful jacuzzi and floor heating. Private area and a the rail line that we'll connected to Kyoto (few stations to limited express station, no need to change lines).

Very good cost performance. While small and cozy, the place more or less has everything that you need. Though it's an older building, the inside has nicely been updated with two beds, a desk/dining table, and has good wifi and other amenities. The neighborhood is a little out of the way, but rather quiet. You're within 5-10m of a railway that will take you to southern Kyoto or central Osaka, with transfers to Nara or elsewhere available. Masako's communication was excellent and the on-site apartment manager is lovely and on the ball as well. Would stay again.
