Villa 11 was built in 1905 and has been renovated throughout in 2001. The villa sits on a large landscaped garden occupying a double section on the Napier Hill. We are only 10 minutes drive from Napier airport, and once here, only a 15 minute walk to the Ahuriri cafes, shops & beach and a 20 minute walk to the downtown Napier cafes, shops & Marine Parade. Situated on a no exit street in an excellent area, with its mature garden setting, it is very quiet & serene. Simply a lovely place to be.

Suitable for couples or families up to 7, Elbourne Street is walking distance to Church Road Winery (1.4KM) ,Mission Estate (2.1KM). Situated on the sunny side of the hill "The Large House" is one of the oldest homes in Napier. Built in the 1880's it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. We provide breakfast in the conservatory. Relax on the sun dappled balcony and experience sea views and birdsong whilst surrounded by large mature trees. A 10 minute steep walk to Marine Parade, central Napier and its many restaurants.

One of Napier's earliest, this 1870 villa has been sensitively modernised and is well equipped.
