Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Napier Bach. The city shops, beach, walkway/cycleway playground, pump track, Bay Skate, National Aquarium and McLean Park are all 5-10 minutes by foot. The bach is relaxing and the open-plan living and dining area is sunny and spacious with great views across Napier to Bluff Hill. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two bedrooms. An outside courtyard and plenty of off street parking adds to the convenience.

Bay View has a fish and chip shop, chemist, 4 square and petrol stations. Real fruit ice cream and a bakery. The property is a single story with 2 x queen bedrooms and 1 x single. NOTE: This is my clients house he lives in from time to time so does have his everyday stuff in there also. It is a home.

Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways.
