Place is located to good train stations, shopping malls are 5-10 minutes of walking distance, and many food places nearby. The host was able to answer our questions quickly and were available the whole time. When we had a problem (was not due to bad hotel ameneties), they helped us identify the problem and advised us on what to do. An amazing place in general, would recommend going again.

La atencion del hotel me ha parecido impecable. Nos facilitaron paraguas en un dia de lluvia para poder pasear tranquilamente, toallas a la vuelta para secarnos y cuentan con servicio de limpieza de habitaciones diario ademas de desayuno gratuito incluido (lo cual me parecio un puntazo!!) esta en un zona muy bien comunicada (a unos 20~ minutos andando de namba/dotonbori) por lo que no lo podemos recomendar mas. Nosotros salimos encantados de nuestra visita y si volvemos por Osaka, repetiremos seguro. Calidad/Precio es un 10/10 :)

Seconde fois que je viens dans cet air BNB. cela m'avait tellement plu lors de mon premier séjour en solo que pour moi c'était une étape obligatoire pour le voyage ou je fais découvrir le Japon a ma mère. Ce fut une nouvelle fois incroyable Ichie san a été très gentil, nous a beaucoup aidé et a cuisiner très très bien. je conseille fortement, cet Airbnb est un réel trésor, que ce soit humain, en conseil, en discussion ou en souvenirs. La chambre et les futons sont très agréables et confortables.
