Vacation rentals with breakfast in Naniwa Ward

This is the second time I have visited Aico and Yasuo, and I loved the experience just as much on the second time around! It very much feels like a home stay, and feels like I am visiting family. I can truly relax and be myself around Aico and Yasuo with no restraints. They are very welcoming, communicative, and flexible. They will go above and beyond for you, with the feeling of true Japanese hospitality. They have a many recommendations for what to do and eat in the area. I truly recommend their house if you would like to experience a Japanese family!

Thank you Akiko for responding very quickly every time I contacted you and taking care of a lot of things~! It was my first experience staying at a local foreigner's house, and I had a comfortable stay since they kindly informed me well! However, transportation can be a little inconvenient if you want to go to famous places in Kyoto or Osaka. But the neighborhood is really quiet and secluded, so it feels like a local.

Interaction and check-in instructions were or good.The room was very spacious and the common areas were kept clean, and the common areas were kept clean, and I had breakfast in the morning, so I had a comfortable stay.

If you want a traditional Japanese bed and breakfast in quiet surroundings, but accessible to shops, the metro and central Osaka, this is the place to stay. Beautiful, warm hospitality, friendly and informative, with gorgeous Japanese breakfasts. If you are lucky you have the Japanese bedroom, an additional benefit. Overall, what a glorious place to stay.

It's not in the city, but it's a very close environment, and the housekeeper is very welcoming. Basically, 24 hours a day to respond. Especially if you can provide an oven to go to Kobe to buy your own meat. It's not much to say how happy it is.

Exceptionally warm and friendly. Because of the train station directly in front of the house, we had an easy way to Nara(~20min) and Osaka Namba (~40min), direct train connection. We had no trouble sleeping. Apart from trains passing, the area is very quiet. The view at night from our room (3 bed room) was gorgeous, and the breakfast in their cafe is delicious. For me it is one of the best places I have stayed.

I was only there for a short time, but it was nice to stay! hopefully next time I'll be able to spend longer in osaka

The location was nice, easy to find and close to a train station. We had 3 adults, 2 adults shared a room but there was plenty of room. It was clean and the people were very nice to us. I would recommend staying there.

Comfortable room. Small for 4 but pleasant; it is well designed to stay there for a few days. Close to Universal Studio Park ☺️👍

All the main attractions are close by and the water pressure is very good. This residence is a suitable residence when traveling as a group.

Fully kitted apartment and close to the train - great home base for exploring Osaka.

Close to the station and walking distance to Super Tamade.The south exit of the Nankai Line and the JR line Tsutenkaku exit has an elevator and is convenient.(I don't use the subway, so I don't know.) They helped me keep my luggage before check-in. I was relieved to hear back from you soon.The front desk was polite and very good. It was new, clean, and I had a pleasant time.

We had a fantastic stay. The place is super close to the train station. Everything we needed and more.

We stayed at Kuniko's apartment for a week. We have three kids, including a crawling baby. The place was a little tricky to find at first but once we found our bearings it was easy and very close to the station, less than ten minutes walk with kids and luggage. I hadn't received check in information 24hrs before our booking so I messaged to ask and was send details quickly. Self check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was very clean and spacious and clutter free which I appreciated with a baby. There was space for her to crawl around and the tatami platform for beds worked out perfectly for sleeping arrangements. A large fridge freezer and kitchen amenities were appreciated. Having a washing machine in the apartment was very convenient and clothes dried quickly in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and different each day. The kids were also happy to eat there every morning. Kuniko was very responsive and always helpful. Would highly recommend. 😊 Thanks Kuniko!

It was a very friendly owner and the description was very courteous. The information of local recommended restaurants and public baths (natural hot springs) was also accurate. There were also toys for children in the room, and there were attention to detail. Breakfast sandwiches are all delicious, but curry flavors are recommended (laughs)

A pure sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. The location is at the top of beautiful and quiet Koyodai. The combination of the warmth of Sachiyo’s and Justin’s hospitality and the impeccable design of their home and the meals unmatched in terms of quality of ingredients and flavor was perfection. I am grateful for the simple touches of care and creativity each day. I felt welcome and so happy. I look forward to seeing them again. My heartfelt thanks go out to them.

My stay at Miyagon was great. I was picked up from the train station and there was a well-organized check-in. The place was clean and exactly as described. In addition, complimentary drinks and snacks were available. There was super delicious breakfast every morning, partly with local fruits that I had never eaten before. Miyagon himself was super friendly, always easily accessible and gave me a lot of useful tips for the trip. Thanks to a translation device, which you always had with you, communication was also easy. The house is located directly on a street that is full of cherry trees. In addition, there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The only thing I found a pity is that I didn't book the place for a longer period.

It's really good. It's much better than I expected! 1. Delicious breakfast, there are even fruits, and bread baked by the Host's grandmother! 2. Grandma is very talkative and responsive. There is a cozy little car to pick us up and drop us off! 3. Shower room also has hair spray available for use! Perfect for Chinese babies to explore Japan, Ibaraki is really beautiful in the morning🥳

A very, very good host. Not only did he pick us up and drop us off, but he also prepared a very hearty and delicious breakfast every day. The experience was really good. This is the perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle of Osaka. A short walk to the station will get you to all the places you need to go! A highlight for us was the delicious breakfast that Koniko made us in the morning. I 100% would stay here again 🫶🏽
