In the afternoons, the neighbors take their rocking chairs outside their houses to sit and chat with their families and friends. The street is very quiet day and night. The house is located in the colonial center, four blocks from the central park and La Calzada, the pedestrian street of bars and restaurants.

There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.

As the house is located at +550 mts above sea level. It has the perfect climate. Chilly at night (you might want to use thin blanket and wear a vest) and during the day you are perfectly of in shorts and a t-shirts without being hot or cold ( about 22 degrees Celsius or 72 Fahrenheit).

The house is for two persons, has stable WIFI for digital nomads. The house has a panoramic view to the crater lake of Masaya and the mountains. There are trails and there is a swimming pool. It is not possible to bring your own dogs or cats.
