Vacation rentals with lake access in Nances

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

Really nothing to say, very welcoming host, kind and who does not hesitate to share information to make the most of the city of Annecy, activities, restaurants...etc. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and we had everything we needed. Thank you and see you soon.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

beautiful house with beautiful rooms and neat decoration. the view is splendid. the exterior has several dining areas, balcony, garden and rest area. for the interior the equipment is complete, lots of dishes and utensils to be able to make meals without difficulties. the surroundings, Paladrun lake and villages are a 5-minute walk. In addition, on Sundays there is a very nice market. a big thank you to yoann! for his availability.

Wonderful family weekend in this beautiful house. The many rooms allow everyone to have their own space. Jo and Anita are very welcoming and accommodating. Once again, thank you for everything. Can't wait to come back to this beautiful house.

Accommodation is as described and even better than in the photos. The bedding is very good, everything is very clean and well renovated. The accommodation is also suitable for children. Thanks to our hosts for the special attention, with the warmth Jacques and Frédérique provided us with a fan. We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Marine welcomed us with a big smile. She answered all our questions about things to see or do in the area. Nice surprise when we entered the apartment, it was cool, the advantage of old stone houses. The interior is cozy and very lovely. We quickly felt good. The basket of syrups and the bottle of wine made us very happy. Couldn't heat the Finnish bath, it was so hot in the sun, but it's great, it refreshed us. Thank you very much, Marine. See you later.

Weekend spent at Cathy and Jean Luc's, accommodation as described. Very clean, very functional studio, well-equipped and well-appointed. The little exterior is very nice. Perfect geographical location for visiting the area. Perfect We recommend it ++++

Very well located, clean, as in the photos, responsive hosts, I would highly recommend it. In addition, the view from the accommodation and the terrace is superb.

Sylvie is a very welcoming and accommodating host (we were without a car and she offered to drop us off in town). The accommodation is as described, it feels good and everything is new and of quality. Finally, the views of the lake and mountains are truly superb. We recommend 👍

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Michele's place stands out. He is very nice. Great host. We do not speak his language, he does not speak ours. However, it is amazing how clear the instructions were as well as a nice welcome. His nice vibe and attitude make up for our ignorance of French. We only wish the quality of Internet gets better.

The studio is super well-equipped, clean and quiet with nice air conditioning when it's very hot. The bed is extremely comfortable. It's like being at home without being at home. Mathieu is super responsive and gives good advice. I rented 1 of his bikes and it was great, I went to the Annecy festival by bike every day😃. Being outside and cycling along the lake, great! I would really recommend it without hesitation! I'll come back here the next time I come back to Annecy.

We had a wonderful stay at James's. The house is very nicely decorated and spic and span. Beds are very comfortable. The garden is great, with lounge chairs, shade and beautiful plants. On the other side of the house is a terrace. When it is very hot outside, it remains pleasantly cool in the house. The area is very quiet and good to relax. There are direct opportunities for hiking. To swim at the lake, you drive about 15 minutes. James and his wife are great hosts. We felt comfortable right away. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Old house, clean and pleasant to stay in because it is very well equipped (crockery, groceries, games/books, freezer, barbecue...). We also really appreciated that towels were provided and that the beds were made when we arrived! The garden with direct access to the lake via the pontoon is a major asset that contributes to the charm of the place. Marion is a considerate, accommodating host, with whom communication was very easy. The welcome and management of check-in and checkout with Céline went smoothly and easily. A big thank you to both of you! In summary, this is a nice place to rest, recharge and have a great time with family or a group of friends!

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – lovingly furnished, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family needs. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water – boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere – we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
