June's place is really nice,relaxing,peaceful and feels like our own home.. he is very responsive host and his mother too,they always attend to our concerns.. even their caretaker there is very nice too and very respecful.. surely recommended this place..

The place was soooo beautiful and so worth the price! It exceeded our expectation. Despite the scorching Tarlac weather, we had a relaxing time. The kitchen had everything we need and more. The caretaker was also very polite and friendly. My family enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! ❤️

Wonderful stay for me and my family. Had a private suite downstairs and had family and kids come and enjoy the pool and even had a movie night. Wonderful home.

Stayed here during my fieldwork in Tarlac. Ms. Maila was very responsive and attentive. She also helped me get a ride to my fieldwork. The location of the transient was perfect for those who want to relax. I got to sleep and rest early because the surrounding was so quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious. It felt like my own home!

I booked this place last minute and was honestly blown away—it did not disappoint! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, if not better. The space was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and helpful—it made a huge difference. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. The host was also super responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. All in all, a fantastic stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to stay!

Our stay at Uma Private Villa was SUPERB!!! It was beyond my expectations. The place looks bigger and better in person than the pictures. -Bernadette was helpful with all my inquiries before the check in, making sure all is prepared and all our requests are complete. I was so happy that she was flexible on some of the house rules, thus making our stay even more fun. -The caretaker, kuya Jeremy, greeted us warmly during check in and toured us around the place (a tour was needed cause it was really big 😊) He was also very accommodating of our last minute requests and didn't hesitate to help even if it was late at night. -THE PLACE! Clean and spacious. Comfy rooms and big beds too! The kitchen has everything we need. Function area was so huuuge it can house all of our guests! They offer lots of activities like volleybal, foosball, karaoke, and ofc, the pool with fountains! Sulit stay! Would def come back and maybe book 2 nights! ❤️

The villa itself was cleaned twice, maintaining its pristine condition throughout our visit. The quiet surroundings made it an ideal retreat. The staff’s diligence in maintaining the villa’s cleanliness and amenities was truly commendable. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway and look forward to returning if we visit Manaoag again.
