Cabin vacation rentals in Namib Desert

We decided on the honeymoon suite, and can confirm it's a wonderfully cosy log cabin for two - perfectly rustic, and peacefully quiet. It was a wonderful break away from city, with plenty natural heritage in the surrounding area. We're very grateful for our stay, and look forward to visiting again.

We had such a lovely stay at Miller's Wood Cabins.Exceptional view of the mountains from the cabin.Felicia and Jan were very welcoming and accommodating.We were also welcomed by the very friendly dog and the Springbuck.The cabin is neat and has everything you need for your stay. It is in a quiet and secure area in the scenic Lady Grey.We will definately stay here again when visiting Lady Grey.

The cabin was exactly as described. Very peaceful and modern cabin with beautiful views.

Annatjie was a great host, would recommend the accommodation for a stopover for an overnight stay. The breakfast served before departure, was excellent.

If you want to experience a breakaway where you can have absolute peace and nature around you, while getting back to basics, rest well and enjoy a fire, a swim in a real farm cement dam, while sipping on a drink of your choice, this is the place to go. Solace, is what comes to mind.

A quiet rustic gem on the outskirts of Gabs. Chris, Carla’s husband (Carla was away on holiday), was a fantastic host who told many interesting tales of growing up in Botswana.

I highly recommend this place as a stopover between JNB and CPT. The accommodation had everything you could need for a comfortable and convenient stay. We also enjoyed the dinner, which was "boerekos" and absolutely delicious. The facilities include a swimming pool, but the real highlight is the animals. We were thrilled to see a................. , zebras, blue wildebeest, giraffes, and even a tortoise! I will definitely book this stopover again. It’s conveniently located near the main road, with only about 5 km of gravel road leading to the venue. Josef assisted us with the check-in, and both he and the cooking staff were fantastic. Looking forward to visiting again!

Even though we didn’t catch any tigers, we made loads of memories! Murray’s place had a tranquility that was a balm. It was wonderful to retreat and reset priorities, away from devices we played endless card games and laughed more than we thought possible. But we will need to return to catch those elusive tigers!
