The place is an absolute gem, a perfect blend of customer service ,hospitality and facility management.The views, the care takers and the cooks were great to interact with and the hosts made sure that everything was perfect .The views from the place were an absolute bliss along with the amenities and the insides of the house which were perfectly aligned with the idea of a perfect stay. Would carry the pictograhic memory of the same for very long.Staying at the Melville Villa was full of pleasant surprises.

This place made me feel at home. I was here with my toddler and husband who was at workation.. he dint have any issues with net or connectivity.. the place is away from city life .. just lush green mountains n valley surrounding you. , this place is away from main road have to walk up n down the valley not atlot but yes it was lil tiring… but that was not an issue the caretaker helped us with wateva we needed.. owners mothers cooks so good made us amazing meals everyday also arranged valley view breakfast for us in their own farm.. the owner sent us daily fresh fruits from their farms complimentary.. 360degree view of shimla.. so many places to go on a hike from here.. ul see sunset and sun rise both from this house.. we were welcomes everyday by cats local dogs and cows n so many different species of birds.. 6 days no vehicle noise it was the most peaceful days i spent.. will definitely recommend this place..

Our stay at Akhil’s Place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Akhil was an excellent host, always ensuring we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was the sightseeing tour of Shimla with Akhil and his car. He showed us some amazing spots, making the experience even more memorable. His hospitality and warm nature truly made us feel at home. I will definitely visit again, and I highly recommend Akhil’s Place to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay in Shimla!

Words cannot do justice. The views are unhindered and majestic. Location is picturesque. It is a vintage property and has modern amenities like heated rooms, high quality blankets, comfortable mattresses and bathrooms. The property is evidently someone’s home with history written all over the place. Innumerable books gives company. The furniture has lovely carving and carpets are breathtaking. Food is delicious and communication impeccable. We had 3 dogs with us and there is enough and more space for them to play.

This stay has been nothing but magical, comfortable and memorable. It is definitely a home away from home. Located right on the highway with mesmersing views of the valley and moutains, this place feels very secure. All amenties are available within the premises of the society. The staff comes to clean the home everyday which makes the home look beautiful each day. The host and caretaker are very helpful and have been of great help all along the duration of the stay. I would love to come back and stay here again for a longer duration. Highly reccomended for people who enjoy remote working midst of beautiful views.

The whole experience from enter to exit was really amazing. We stayed in villa 20C for one night. The care taker Mr. Prem was very hospitable and took great care. Mr. Maqbool the manager was very warm , explained all about the property and made our check in and check out super smooth. The views are amazing. Property has a beautiful club house, coffe place, wood fired pizza, amazing in house food, pool, tt, kids room and what not. Highly recommended and great for family or friends. Five stars well deserved.
