Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Brattland bike/ski lodge ligger naturskönt ovan E14, ca 8 km från Åre by. Bilparkering finns vid husen. Med bil tar det tio minuter till byn. Vill man åka buss, tar man sig ner till hållplatsen vid E14. Det går bra att ta med sig skidor eller bräda på bussen. Förutom skidåkning och cykling kan man vandra, fiska, åka hundspann, hyra snöskoter och en mängd andra aktiviteter. Man tar sig direkt från huset till vandringsleder och cross country cykling. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
