William was an absolute fabulous host! Very friendly and down to earth, let me tell you this man went above and beyond to make our stay more than comfortable and welcoming than we ever thought possible!!! He cooked us the most amazing breakfast each morning , making sure to cook my husband's breakfast 1st so he could be on time for work then cooked a 2nd breakfast for myself and my daughter. He also cooked Chicken alfredo for us omg so delicious! We are in the middle of having our home completely renovated so we don't live far from William's airbnb which was great cause that allowed us to check on the progress at our home quite often. Also pet friendly which allowed us to brink our furbabies which is a must for us. William responded very quickly to my text . We also had the pleasure of meeting his 3 children who were very polite and very well mannered. His airbnb is very tastefully decorated which he decorated himself. Highly recommend !!!!

Celebrated our parents 60th wedding anniversary. Gary was right there to greet us at our arrival and chatted with my parents making them feel special and at ease. Property is exactly as it is portrayed in photos. Clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing all around! The sunsets were amazing! The family has taken great memories with us for a lifetime. Thank you Gary and Poshpadz!!!

Everything was great about this place. It looked exactly like the photos. The location was great, close to Walmart, Publix, and lots of restaurants. We didn’t make it to the pool, but it was readily available for our use. Very clean space, will be back for sure!

We had a great holiday at Nadia’s lovely home near Davenport. The house is beautifully presented and the furnishings are comfortable and of high quality. The beds are very comfortable and there’s plenty of space for 6 to 8 people. We loved the enclosed pool area which has a heated pool and whirlpool which we used every day. I would definitely recommend a holiday here but be ready for lots of congestion on the nearby Interstate I4 if you are visiting the Disney Parks or Universal Studios which can take up to an hour each way.

Perfect place for four, as my wife and I were there with our son and his girlfriend for one of their friends' weddings - at Bella Cosa (beautiful wedding venue right in Lake Wales)! Had a fantastic weekend. Accommodations were very comfortable, in a central location close to other amenities, but also nice and quiet and private with incredible views and sunsets!

A well-maintained villa exterior is surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. The residence features a landscaped front yard with a walkway leading to the entrance. A spacious driveway is visible, accommodating vehicles, and garages are situated to the right of the facade.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for your quick response in our communications! Everything worked well - master shower was amazing, washer/dryer new, loved the tv by the pool, stove/oven great. Carpet in good shape. Heated pool was fantastic! Loved the golf course view. This is our third year in a row staying at Jennifer’s place. We love the privacy of the house, the pool, the water park across the street, and the proximity to all the parks. A great family friendly house. Our girls love the bunk room and game room. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ginny’s air bnb. Ginny was helpful and very responsive. The home is exactly as pictured. We felt safe and very comfortable. The area is a residential neighbourhood. Neighbours are quiet and the area is well kept and felt very secure. We were traveling with 3 children (7,12,13) so we wanted a space that was safe. The home is approximately 35 mins to Universal and 25ish minutes to Disney. They were easy drives and the home was a reprieve from the busy orlando traffic. There are two doors out to the pool. Both had alarms on them and were secured, which was a nice surprise to us that helped us feel more secure with having kids near a pool indoors. The meshed pool was wonderful. Wish we had that in Canada. Pool was clean and a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The home comes with all needed items. We had enough toilet paper, plates/cutlery, paper towel, etc. We did bring our own laundry detergent, but there was some there. Overall- a fantastic stay!

The house was really nice and very clean. It is located conveniently between Bartow and Winter Haven. Jennifer was proactive in her communications and very responsive. When a fire alarm started beeping from a low battery (and was too high for us to reach), Jennifer had the property manager there to fix it within 20 minutes. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Olivia Was Very Sweet And Attentive , Pool Is Nice , Clean & Had A Nice Depth , Spa Was Warm And Comfortable. Must Pay $30 A Day To Keep Warm . House was Spotless . Looks Exactly Like The Pictures. Everything was updated and clean the bathrooms and showers were very nice! Great access from garage and into the house , washer and dryer. Olivia made my entire stay comforting and I will stay here again. I highly recommend!

Great place and the home is full of things to keep you entertained. This would be perfect for family groups or couples. The house is very comfortable and the area, including the lake, is peaceful and remote, but just minutes from stores and restaurants. There is excellent hiking near by. we especially loved the Tiger Creek trails.

A screened-in pool area is visible, showcasing a private pool surrounded by greenery and a golf course view. A dining table with chairs is located nearby, providing an ideal space for outdoor meals, while a ceiling fan adds comfort to the area.

Perhaps our best stay ever at an Airbnb property. This place will not disappoint. It totally exceeded our expectations, wouldn’t change anything. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and is an easy walk to many stores and restaurants. Very private location, absolutely loved the pool and backyard. The hosts are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Always responded within a minute or two with any request. Very accommodating, I wish all hosts operated at this level. We would 100% return to this location, no hesitation. Would highly recommend Manny‘s steakhouse as well as Sonny’s barbecue. There is also a guy with a pick up truck and smoker parked in front of Harbour freight from Thursday to Saturday that can’t be beat. Overall, we spent four weeks here and could’ve stayed another four no problem. Love it.

Our stay here was convenient, easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and VERY close to shopping plazas, and what we were in town for... Peppa Pig World/Legoland. Richard was very responsive, communicated well, provided clean sheets, a home comfy for a family of 5, and games/entertainment for family time. We stayed 3 nights and everything was fine. Great place.

Great!! Huge house near Orlando theme parks and easy access to Lakeland & Tampa. Loved the neighborhood, super quiet, big backyard, beds are super comfy. Big Spa like bathroom. Perfect place for a family. Would love to stay again.
