Tandala Cottage

This is the second time we have stayed at Frankie's. If we're back in Kenya, I'm sure there'll be a third stay. All very peaceful, comfortable and well-equipped. Frankie is a warm welcoming host. Besides the dogs, you'll also get a warm welcome from the wild?life - warthog, Vervet and Colobus monkeys, inside your cottage, if you don't keep an eye on the door!

This was a superb location and the views from the cottage were just spectacular. The host was very responsive and helpful even with last-minute queries. she let us stay much longer than check out time so we could enjoy the place during the entire day. We loved the library and aesthetics of the place. Everything functioned well and the kitchen was very equipped.

Savannah Villa Naivasha, Moi South Lake, Kedong

AlanwarRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place is absolutely beautiful šŸ˜ One of the very few places that can accomodate such a large number of people. The house is beautiful, the grounds are spacious and having the pool makes it a hit with the kids :) The team on the ground is ever so helpful and they make sure to always ensure you are comfortable. Mama Davis adds charm to the place as she is so warm, welcoming and helpful (she even came to us to the lake to help us buy fish for lunch and gave us kale and sukumawikii from her garden :) ) The surrounding area is also just out of a dream...Lake Naivasha on one side and Mt Longonot on the other... I spent hours on the balcony sitting just admiring the views. The pool is in an open area, so a few insects and bits of soil are inevitable. The team spends hours cleaning it, but nature always finds a way back. Think of it like swimming in a lake—just relax and enjoy the experience! (don't envision it like the clean pools in enclosed building za nairobi )

What a stunning view. With two young kids the location connected to the Great Rift Valley Lodge is brilliant - the kids spent all day in the pool and loved the kids club. The place had lots of space and was very comfortable. Lucille was very easy to communicate with - a great host.

Serene & romantic with a view, north lake Naivasha

AmmarRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place is magical. It’s beautiful and comes together in a wonderful way well beyond what you see in the pictures. The surroundings are stunning and it has the awesome feature of being both completely open while being private. Holly is friendly and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would do differently would be for everyone to stay at least 2 nights if not longer to really be able to enjoy the place.

Manjano Studio Apartment near Buffalo Mall

BrianRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This was a steal. I have stayed at many Airbnbs around the world in the past 5 years and this is one was an excellent experience. Ruthy was an incredible host, always responsive, and would send you reputable drivers at any time if asked (bolt/Uber are a little tough in this location... there are only 3 bolt drivers in the area, although Charles is a good one). The studio itself was perfect - a powerful gas stove that I used everynight to cook dinner and I would get fresh eggs and veggies from the stand right in front of this apartment to cook an omelette every morning. internet: I am a digital nomad (teacher) and the Internet worked fine for my classes. It tested at 13.2 MBPS download and 13.2 MBPS upload, which sounds slow but surprisingly it worked fine for my job. location: a very "gritty" neighborhood, which may or may not be your thing. Safe though, I walked around alone at midnight without issues. A nice mall and supermarket are a short walk or moto ride away.

Enkuso Ntelon - Naivasha Malewa Retreat

RyanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Heath's house has been a haven of rest and beauty for our family for years. We have been away from Africa for awhile, but during that time Heath has made some significant updates to the house and grounds that make the place even more "homey" and stunning. We strongly recommend having Eve cook for you! Heath's wife has worked to train Eve, and she will serve you top-notch cuisine (try the Middle-Eastern dishes!) that you would be hard-pressed to match at any restaurant. It is really nice not having to cook for at least one meal and makes the getaway more special and restful. We strongly recommend this place if you are looking for beauty and tranquility.
An outdoor area features a swimming pool surrounded by a stone patio. Dining tables with umbrellas overlook the pool, and lounge chairs are positioned nearby. The setting is framed by trees and a thatched-roof building, creating a serene and spacious atmosphere.

Ol-Popongi Camp, Kedong, Naivasha

KarenRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We were absolutely blown away with this place! The staff were amazing, the chef, John, was 10/10 (some of the best food we ever had), the grounds are so beautiful and peaceful and the rooms were amazing! Maina, the manager, was always there to help us with anything at all and he also arranged for a local driver, Simon, to bring us to the camp from the Masai Mara, as well as transport us around Naivasha for our various activities throughout our stay and finally drop us off in Nairobi on our last day and Simon was 10/10 as well! There are lots of things to do nearby and Isabel and Maina were great at communicating before the trip to make sure we made the most out of our time there. The only complaint we had was that we didn't stay long enough!!
A comfortable living area features a modern green armchair beside a wooden coffee table. A cozy fireplace is displayed on a mounted television, creating a welcoming focal point. Natural light filters through a window, and a patterned area rug adds warmth to the space.

Betty-Debs Farm House Near Hells Gate N. Park

AdrianRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This house was perfect for our family. It is spacious and homely and in a beautiful location. It is not all glitzy and new, but has simple character. A lovely veranda, and a hippo in the garden one night were charming elements. Our hosts were kind - offering us a complimentary meal at their restaurant and a free trip back to the house after dark to avoid trouble from hippos . Agnes also arranged our transport from Nairobi with her delightful daughter Beatrice. We didn't have a vehicle but hired bikes to explore the Hell's Gate national park, very close by - a great day out. The best view of the lake is from Agnes' Fisherman's Camp restaurant where we spent a wonderful evening, that I think I will never forget. The atmosphere was beautiful as dusk fell over the lake and the hippos appeared. We feel very blessed to have picked out this property from among dozens available in Nairobi and Naivasha just a week before arriving. We really had no idea what to expect, but got the very best!

This place was the perfect getaway—serene, quaint, and peaceful. I loved every moment of my stay! Chef Hellen provided exceptional meals, and the gentleman who kept the bonfire going added such a warm touch to the experience. The service was top-notch, and I’d love to return in the future. Highly recommend!
