Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. We are happy to share that part of the world with them.

Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.

I offer a newly renovated apartment in the center of Saalfeld. The apartment is equipped with everything (except oil) and has a separate entrance. Everything worth seeing in Saalfed can be reached on foot and there is free parking behind the house. In the entrance area opposite is another (2 room) apartment that I also rent via Airbnb.

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. A large garden can be used by all guests.

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
