Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nai Han Beach

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my family loved this home and will definitely be returning. Even with a late check-in Jen and Gib made instructions clear and we had no issues finding or getting into the villa. Every room was clean and just as pictured. We loved how the pool was maintained during our stay and all the amenities of the home. Cleaners came once during our stay to clean and replenish towels as established in the terms. While the villa is on a bit of a steep hill it offers a great views. I would just be mindful when ordering transportation as you might have to walk down the hill since some vehicles can’t make it all the way up. We only had two mishaps there where the power was off one day from 9am to 5pm due to the town doing work on power lines and a small leak that occurred in the master bedroom sink. The power outage was informed to us two days in advance and the sink was repaired the same day of discovery of the leak. Overall I would recommend this home and appreciate all Jen and Gibs help.

We stayed for two weeks, host was really responsive with our questions, location was really quiet, villa was great in amazing condition and very brand new. Housekeeping were always available and pool cleaning also. had an amazing time during our stay.

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! I had a great experience staying at this villa. The house was beautiful—modern, clean, and felt very secure. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. Communication was clear throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Phuket!

I wasn’t able to stay at Sarah’s Airbnb because I got stuck in korea for a few weeks. Sarah was extremely helpful prior to my supposed arrival. It was during the tragic earthquake and possible tsunami warning in Phuket.

Great location for high top view of Patong beach and surroundings and good flow of wind / breeze

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

Perfect place for a family of 5-6 people. Despite a little bit of stairs for our unit but well worth it for everything else. Nina and the team made sure we were happy with everything. Beautiful place with great view and kitchen and living room space. Definitely recommend if you looking for something private and quiet getaway.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Thankyou😊

Amazing apartment right across from the beach. Pool was beautiful, with plenty of lounges at all times. Very central location. Restaurants, convenience stores, massage and pharmacies all close by. Residence security staff friendly and helpful. Felt very safe at all times. Host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Could not fault the place and would recommend to friends and family.

This place was great and the price was right!!! My host was very attentive. I’m a host so this was important to me. Had a great stay. Looked like pictures. Will be back!!!!

Honestly everything looks just like the photos, and the host have helped me from A-z everything with my experience in patong. will always come back to this space when im ever in town. This is the kind of Host one craves on airbnb. Mary, from the get go provides all the options you want, the absolute perfect description to the most minute detail and the flexibility options should plans change. From communication to the welcome received, I highly rate this apartment for its cleanliness and location. Yes it is up a steep hill, so not ideal for everyone, but a hired scooter or car helps out with that. All the amenities one needs are available, so it's pretty ideal for a homebody who just wants to hang out at home all day. I thank Mary and her team for the great welcome.

Beautiful apartment. Easy building to stay at. Beautiful beach views as described. So much to do around the building and like 7 minute walk to Bangla street for nightlife. Felt very safe

Wow! We loved our stay at this beautiful condo overlooking Kata beach. Everything was excellent! Host was excellent and friendly and cleaning lady was so sweet too! What a fantastic first experience of Phuket! Selly went above and beyond to arrange airport transportation.

Small downside when returning the accommodation, and I find the cleaning fee excessive if needed otherwise 8 days spent in it and nothing to say

The accomodation looks great in the photos but is even better in reality! I was so impressed when walking into the apartment. Absolutely spotless and the hosts are awesome. Great communication - extremely friendly and were always super quick to reply with anything I needed. The location is also perfect - you are only a couple of minutes away from the beach, Bangtao gym and Swag Food co. Can’t wait to come back. Epic holiday!
