Beautiful, spacious with lots of light penthouse . At the tree condominium . There are 2 bedrooms, huge living room with open kitchen total 140 m2 , with fantastic sea view , family friendly, baby cot available. Beautiful giant terrace with sea , islands and sunrise view. Walking distance to Rawai beach , seafood market , shops , massage places. Short drive to Naiharn beach and Kata Noi beach - both are great. Cosy , safe building , with spacious parking garage. Clean and tranquil .

A bright 30 m² studio on the 6th floor of Utopia Naiharn with hill and valley views. The apartment has a 160 × 200 cm bed and a sofa bed suitable for a child. A table by the window is a lovely spot for breakfast or dinner at home. There is a Smart TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine in the bathroom. Suitable for a couple or solo traveller, for short or longer stays. Guests can use the pools, water slides and gyms. Nai Harn Beach is about a 15-minute walk away.
