Hillside Ocean View 2BR with Private Beach Access

Spacious and fun for families and small groups, you can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to Clark Beach. While it is a small house, there is great space inside. The living area is open an has a nice view outside toward the ocean. The living area is comfy with nice sofas to really relax. Cable and high speed wifi are standard, of course. There is a master bedroom with a side view of the ocean, so you can see a beautiful sunrise from the queen sized bed in the morning. The other bedroom has also has a queen sized bed. Nice kitchen space with lots of cooking equipment needed to entertain or cook, including a lobster pot and a small dishwasher. There is also a windowed-in sitting room which faces the ocean and leads to the balcony where great views and barbecues can be had. You'll have permission to go to Clark Beach, a private beach for Great Neck residents and visitors. It's about a 15 minute walk to Clark or 10 minutes to public Pavilion Beach. Other Notes: For reservations 28 nights and over, the actual usage utility bills will be paid by the guest. A $500 utilities deposit will be taken for long term rentals of 2 months or more. Retro New England Cottage - walk to the beach!

This is a private and peaceful beach retreat close to all the action. The one-bedroom cottage is the oldest in the neighborhood and full of retro charm. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer, or drive to the beach and watch the waves roll in during the winter.

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Lovely Family House Steps Away from Sandy Beach

Lovely 5-bedroom single family home located across the (quiet) street from a resident-only long sandy beach in a kid’s friendly neighborhood. Ocean views from all the rooms with new furniture and comfortable mattresses across the house. Nice yard, outside table, barbeque and rocking chairs on a nice porch. Kitchen has brand new appliances. Large TV in the Living Room. Parking available for 2-3 cars. If you are looking for a house to party, this is not the right fit.

Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!

Gretchen’s house is a charming, two-story one on a very nice and quiet little street. The furnishings are pretty and tasteful, and there is comfortable living room furniture, as well an excellent beds and pillows. Our favorite thing was its location, within very easy walking distance from a gorgeous park and beach. Downtown was also reachable via a short walk. We did some of our own cooking and found everything we needed. Gretchen was an especially nice and responsive hostess. If we were lucky enough to get to Rockport again, I would want to stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place for a weekend trip to Salem!! The location was perfect distance from Salem and very convenient. Michael’s apartment was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, and when we checked in there was free wine and snacks waiting for us which was a nice little touch!! We would love to stay here again for a future trip to Salem!

We had an absolute blast staying in Marshfield this weekend for the 5k! Scott was so quick to answer any questions and gave easy instructions for check-in. The house was right on the route and also walking distance to our friend’s house. Scott’s house had everything we needed and more. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Already looking forward to next year☘️

We absolutely loved Peter and Sally’s house, especially the front porch. We spent all of our time out there watching the world go by and taking in the beautiful view of the water. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for family movie nights. The little beach across the road was perfect for our quicker beach trips (we have an 11 month old). I was worried about noise from the road but traffic really dies down at night and we hardly noticed it during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at Sunrise Beach. As a “germaphobe” traveling is trying for my patience, but the room was absolutely spotless. The accommodations were exactly what they showed in the pictures and there were even extras like complimentary tea and toiletries and a water/food bowl for my dog! I highly recommend Sunrise Beach - signing in and out was no problem, the Wi-Fi was excellent and the condo was cozy.
