We loved working with Dee and staying at her property. Her home is ideal for visitors looking for a quieter side of Goa. It’s a little off-the-beaten-path, but not hard to find. And once we arrived, we found her space to be spacious and easy to live in for a few days. It’s artfully decorated, it has all the things you’d need for a lengthy stay (WiFi of course, laundry, AC, a pool). Food options require a little planning, as the closest good restaurants are more a drive than a walk, but there’s great coffee walking distance from the property, and we were served traditional Goan breakfast hand-prepped in Dee’s kitchen, and it was totally delicious! We also really like Dee on a personal level. Her response time to our questions over text was excellent, and she gave good and clear instructions on how to get there, and once we were there, she supplied us with a lot of great tips for navigating the neighborhood. A great host and human being. A++

It's a lovely place. Extremely spacious and well ventilated. Photos are as real as they can be. Rooms: Quite large with ample storage spaces and access to open verandah's for the leisurely cup of tea/coffee/juice. 2 rooms have walk in closet and there is a separate study room, where if required extra beds can be laid. Overall 4 rooms with double beds and two additional rooms. The dining cum living room is huge with double height roof. there is a separate TV/club room for evening get togethers. Pool: There is a bar by the pool and a decent music system. Caretaker: They are the people, who makes this place feel like home. Completely non intrusive, but fully available. Lovely home made food is cooked by them. Of course, the place is surrounded by famous restaurants/cafes but tasty home made food always gives you that high! It can be a bit tricky to reach the place, for the first time. Once you have identified the landmarks, its quite easy to find! Overall, per night is bit expensive

We had to book this in emergency as our earlier booking had cancelled on us on the day of our landing. Villa Sereno was nothing short of serendipity. Its a 100 year old Portuguese style Villa with spacious rooms and a backyard pool. Raju the caretaker was always available and was very attentive for our needs. 10/10 would recommend to a group of 8 friends or more.

It was my wife’s first time in India and we wanted to spend some time with family (my Mom, sister, cousins). We liked what we saw on the listing and decided to give it a shot. Our stay was worth every penny, the service was amazing, and the house was very well kept and beautifully decorated. The help around the house was very professional and courteous. But what made the experience better was when my wife was sick, Mohit helped get us some meds at 4am. That’s the kind of service that makes a stay memorable. The views were stunning. The pool was cleaned regularly, and the housekeeping was done every day. The amenities were just as described. Important to mention that the community is gated, which made us feel secure. I’d absolutely come back and stay here the next time I’m in Goa.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Nikhat's place and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Nikhat was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the food – Munni is such a sweetheart! Her cooking was absolutely delicious, and every meal felt like it was made with so much love. We were so grateful for her warmth and incredible culinary skills. A big thank you also to Saurabh, who made our lunch breaks even more enjoyable with his cheerful talks and great personality. The peaceful surroundings and calm atmosphere made it the perfect escape. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Naggar! If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming place with amazing food and genuine hospitality, we can’t recommend Nikhat’s place enough!

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.
