Great location, just steps away from both Playa Bonita (for waves) and Playa Coson (for calm waters). Great layout for indoor/outdoor living with its large covered patio space. We made ample use of the pool, all day and night. AC in the lower bedrooms was quite adequate. We recommend walking down the beach to the Mosquito for a meal and drinks.

Luis stay was amazing views are breath taking so clean me and my family enjoyed we will definitely come back!

What an amazing villa! I think by far the best selection I’ve made on Airbnb platform… the pictures do the place no justice! Fausto was amazing anything and everything that was needed he found or got us. Very friendly very respectful- only thing is the parking is really tight good thing we only came in my dads car because my jeep wouldn’t fit and there’s only one tv in the common space which the speakers are busted - no TVs in bedrooms - I like to unwind away from people and watch my series but other then those minimal things everything was great! Will definitely stay in any veomar villas if I’m back around that area!!! BOOK IT!

One of the best house I stayed in, everything was well organized with the house keeper. The chef was amazing, house also came with speakers. It had everything you would need for your stay and more.

We had an amazing time and much of it was because of Ulysse!! From the beginning, Ulysee communicated better than any other Host I've dealt with. I asked so many questions before we arrived; things to do?, transportation recommendations, safety, Scooter/4X4 rental info, etc. He was very responsive and made me feel excited about our trip. The Apartment was perfect for us. We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable, clean space. Ulysse's apartment checked all the boxes. The layout makes you feel like you are outside all the time. The patio overlooks the pool and grounds. The Complex is well taken care of. The property is gated and there is armed security all night. Many of the people we met at the pool and either full time or regular returning renters. The short walk to the beach is great as well. The apartment is off the road far enough to keep it nice a quiet. I would highly recommend this apartment in Las Terranes to anyone looking to have a nice relaxing visit. *****

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

Where to begin? This Airbnb is beyond incredible. My wife and I live in NYC and escaped the winter to stay here for a month while working remotely. It’s perfect for long-term stays. Highlights: 1) The beach is RIGHT there—remote, lined with palms, soft white sand, and great for morning walks. The breeze and golden hours are magical. 2) Alba’s cooking & cleaning! She’s the sweetest and makes delicious Dominican breakfasts. Her tostones were our favorite. 3) The indoor/outdoor setup is amazing—the sliding doors open to a full outdoor living space. The neutral, calming design makes it easy to relax. 4) The Olympic-sized pool was so great—we did laps with birds chirping and sun sparkling on the water. The open kitchen/living layout made the space feel breezy and light. Plus, Julissa is a fantastic host—super helpful and responsive. Two tips: bring strong bug spray (lots of mosquitos!) and rent a car—it’s about a 15-minute drive from town. Can’t recommend it enough!

The house is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! Las Terrenas was everything we were looking for! Whether you want to explore the town or relax at the house/beach, you will not be disappointed in this home! We will definitely be back!

Excelentes anfitriones, buen lugar pasar pasarla en familia.

A number of things were remarkably good for us - our Christmas Eve dinner at Mosquito at Porto (I think that’s what it’s called), a great restaurant which is closeby; there was a lot of bustle in town in Terrenas, but just beyond Playa Bonita offered a different vibe and is a lot of fun; the availability of other local excursions and renting a fun Polaris; the easy walk to the beach from the house; the pool and garden with its bbq grill; being able to order from the Bodega; a friendly and accommodating housekeeper. The house was also very attractive and well maintained and equipped, and extremely comfortable for our group. Emanuel Marte is a great host and was readily available before and throughout our stay.

We really liked this place when visiting Las Terrenas. It was a wonderful appartment with beautiful furniture and the host was very helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable overall and would certainly consider booking this place again when returning to Las Terrenas!

Excellent, beautiful home in a private and serene location overlooking the mountains. Rebecca was super responsive and the grounds keeper was always available to help if any problems arose. Just make sure you have a good vehicle to reach the airbnb!

Excellent séjour a Casa Valentine, villa impeccable et vue à couper le souffle sur la mer Piscine très agréable bien que l'eau soit fraîche mais comme partout en République dominicaine. Nestled in a secluded cove, host was extremely attentive and very prompt in response. Very cozy and super spacious, enough to accommodate many. Wonderful pool, surrounded by nature, and wonderful for stargazing and relaxing. Very nice modern design.
