Located within close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. You'll find plenty of deck space on the 1st and 2nd level of the home, lending itself to magnificent ocean views. Beautiful, well equipped and well-maintained vacation home located in South Ridge Subdivision in a cul-de-sac setting. Enjoy biking, kite flying on the dunes, a quiet walk to the sound, or relaxing in your own private pool! Our pool is open from April 5th through mid October. Our house is 1 mile to the nearest public beach access with numerous public beach access points within 2 miles. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Jockeys Ridge sand dunes and sound beach are just .8 miles.

Dogs welcome! 4 min walk to beach and Jack Browns! 3 BR/2 FB in Kill Devil Hills on beach side of hwy. Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions! Recent exterior and interior remodel. Open living area with stocked kitchen. Linens and tv provided in each BR. Baths stocked towels and soaps. Outdoors has covered patio, gas grill, beach chairs and gear. Indoors there are games, puzzles, 1G WiFi and 75” tv making the Beach Nest Retreat the perfect place to call home. No cats.
