It’s about 650 SF and has a good sized master w/ queen bed and futon, loft with two twin beds and a pullout couch in the living room. 2 pools on site, outdoor showers for returning from the beach, and multiple outdoor grills. MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. All within a mile or two include: THE ABC STORE, Harris-Teeter, Brew Thru, MAMA KWANS, TORTUGA’S, The City Park.

You may literally walk out our driveway to 450 acres of hiking trails, sound-side beaches, kayaking, kiteboarding, etc. It's a 3-minute drive to the nearest beach access and some favorite local restaurants. The cozy location offers total privacy, facing into the woods with windows everywhere for lots of treetop filtered sunshine.

The Blackfin Inn is a newly renovated in 2020, waterfront home. It's 1,100 sq. ft. located on the canal system of Old Hags Head Cove, with a 75' pier/deck behind the house. Smoke-free, pet-free, children-free. Perfect for adults over 21 that want new. EVERYTHING in the home is NEW - beds, couches, and appliances. This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
