Vacation rentals in Nagle Cove

Jenny’s house was gorgeous with beautiful views, and great for our big group. There are 3 levels with kitchen, dining and living room as well as 2 bedrooms all on the main level. The upstairs had a large en-suite room, and 2 living rooms that could be closed with sliding doors and used as bedrooms. And the downstairs had 2 bedrooms. The upstairs was very warm and the downstairs was slightly cool so I would pick rooms depending on your temperature preference. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Peaceful setting, full amenities, and access to a wonderful yoga studio. We enjoyed five blissful days in Sophie's Matakana studio and loved every second of it. It came with everything we needed for cooking. The bed was comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean and new. The location is close to downtown Matakana and all the surrounding beaches. I even had the chance to drop into the studio for a few classes.

Fabulous host - clean apartment and very well stocked

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Diane’s property. The location is amazing, absolute beachfront. We loved the beach walks and swimming everyday. The reserve behind the property was perfect for my son to have a run around and play soccer. Great amenities at the house, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen etc. We loved the proximity to Matakana too. Diane was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Another incredible stay at Isabels place. Such an amazing location and a very well set up home, especially considering it is off the grid. Everyone - young and old had the most amazing time. The eels were a highlight for the kiddos. Thank you for having us.

We had a great time with 3 couples. Lots of room and a bathroom each. The weather was a bit dicey on the day we were supposed to check in, it was no trouble to arrive a day early to beat the rough seas. This home is best accessed with a boat (although you can walk to it at half to low tide) and has a great jetty and additional mooring. Good proximity to Port Fitzroy with food and fuel available, although 91 was $4/ litre. Thanks for letting us stay Rod, you have a beautiful spot in paradise!!

Location was amazing, so close to the pub, shop and cafe and lovely views from the house. had a brilliant few days on Barrier!
