A great place to stay in Kohima. Clean with all necessary amenities and a great host. Walkable distance to commercial area and was very convenient staying with my wife and two young daughters. Would definitely love to visit again 👍

Sukanya and her parents maintained great communication throughout our journey, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged and that we felt cared for at every step. What made our trip even more special was the thoughtful arrangement of activities. Sukanya’s parents went above and beyond by organizing both the jeep safari and the elephant safari, which we otherwise would have struggled to arrange on our own. They also provided us with a reliable and friendly driver, who ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout our exploration of Kaziranga National Park. We were able to avoid the hassle of relying on a tour agency. Each meal was prepared with the love and care of aunt and uncle, making it feel like a home away from home. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring Kaziranga National Park. Thank you Sukanya and her parents for all!

Had a very peaceful stay at abigails place, she was helpful and responsive, the place was as described and clean.

We were nothing less than pampered from the time we entered the property after one of the craziest drives. Aunty stayed up late and made the best smoked pork that refreshed us and we did have the most enjoyable sleep that night. From spacious rooms, to a beautiful garden and ample parking we were in seventh heaven. Our hosts were the kindest people we met on our journey. Their recommendations were par excellence be it the places to see or the food to venture on. They went out of their way to get our clothes washed and folded ready for us to pack it. We highly recommend this place without even a slightest doubt and we are sure you won't be disappointed at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maplewood Homestay. The place is well decorated and equipped with everything. The cozy ambiance made it feel like a true home away from home. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming place to stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

It’s really a very nice place to stay… she communicated very well and patiently addressed my queries. And her father and mother extremely good. They took care like their own family. Very spacious room and good access to Common area. Bathroom will be near kitchen… but it doesn’t bother me as I felt like a home. From ISBT kohima, we should hire private cab or use their pick up. (200 one way) Food - authentic fish bamboo soup with rice and star fruit juice. I like it. Each food will cost you 300. Breakfast is free. I wish to stay longer, definitely will come back for longer stay.
