The main floor has a large living room with an open solution for the kitchen, where there is also its own cold room and toilet room. Spacious terrace with access from the living room, generally nice outdoor surroundings that invite social and cozy gathering point. About 25 minutes drive to Rørvik and Kolvereid.

The cabin has a lovely view of the lake, where it offers trout, sea trout, char and salmon. Floating jetty right below the cabin, where you can swim from. Bicycle trail outside the cabin in the summer, ski trail (occasionally) in the winter. Excellent area for mountain hiking and hunting. Svortstranda is about 800 m further away, popular for children. Free access to a shared sauna which is also located next to the cabin.

Enjoy the cozy terrace, underfloor heating in the bathroom, washing machine and tumble dryer. The location is central, with walking distance to public transport and the city's facilities.

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. In Skotvik, you can relax in peaceful surroundings, go on a mountain hike or take a trip to the sea and fish with the 18-foot aluminum boat that is located by the jetty. Registered, tourist export of fish is permitted. Aluminum boat with 20 HP motor for rent. (Included in weekly rent). Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee. Cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, or clean yourself. 3 km to shop, Coop Marked Naustbukta.
