The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.
