Had everything I needed for a 12 nights. The perfect home away from home. It had the cutest outside sitting area and a car port for those spring storms. The host was very understanding of my long work days and had great communication with me. I would recommend anyone to this location. Charming Cottage near SFA

We were a party of 2 grandparents spending time with 2 of our young grandchildren. Michael's delightful home was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable. Someone thoughtfully chose a different level of firmness in each of the bedrooms; both quite comfortable but one was what I imagine it feels like being wrapped in a cloud. Heavenly! The kitchen is as charming as it is functional with many items stocked and ready for use. Plus not only lovely ceramic dinnerware but also a sweet melamine set, which eliminated any concern about accidents. The rain shower head and a hand held shower head made cleaning up after outdoor activities easy. Certainly the old adage of "location, location, location" is proven by the proximity of Michael's house to almost everything in Nacogdoches. Michael and Lilly were easily contacted when our youngest locked the bathroom door and later, when we needed a few extra minutes to conclude our stay. Michael's place is perfect and he's a great host!

Kasey was very friendly and reached out to make sure everything was okay. Unit was as described. Kitchen and baths are a bit dated but function just fine. Decor is cute. Plenty of space for our party of 2. Lots of books. Plenty of towels. Lots of closet space/hangers. First floor unit is convenient (just a couple of short steps to enter). Quiet neighborhood ... We never heard the neighbors in the adjoining units. This unit worked really well for us!

The view from the bathroom reveals a compact yet functional space with a wooden vanity and modern sink. A toilet and patterned rug are positioned nearby. Through the doorway, a cozy bedroom with a welcoming bed is visible, accentuated by natural light from a window.

This was the 3rd time staying at one of Marilyn's homes and the 2nd time in this one! It looks a bit odd from the outside, but the location and the interior are perfect for exploring Nacogdoches! It is very roomy inside and decorated with classic furnishings. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable! You are literally 1.5 blocks from the main street downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. There is an excellent part with a long walking trail a couple of blocks away. This house could easily sleep 7 adults in beds! And probably more with other sofa beds, etc. It has everything you need!

One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. At night you can hear all of the frogs and various wildlife at the pond on the property. The pics do not do it justice as it was much bigger than we expected. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Cassandra's place was great. Easy to find, and close to SFA as well as other bars and restaurants, but tucked away in the neighborhood so it was quiet and peaceful. Check in was super easy. The apartment was great, exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. Everything was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. I would 100% stay here again if I'm back in Nacogdoches!

So surprised to walk in and feel “Welcome”. The yellow door should have given me a clue. Like the sign says, the colors and furnishings gave us a warm welcoming feeling of being at home. We are fussy about our bed and it was comfortable and we slept well. Internet worked well too. Kitchen had more than the basic supplies, so check before you go shopping. The laundry also. I must mention to be truthful, for anyone our age, mid-80’s, we lived through the 70’s of different level home styles and are not comfortable with that anymore. So there is a step-down from living room to bedroom that I want to mention. But Lauren and David have a lovely house right next door that we have stayed at and it’s all on one level and hopefully available for us the next time we return. You young people will have no problems with the step down at all of course.
