The apartment is fully equipped (dishes, appliances, towels,...) In the bedroom there is a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed (mattress on the floor). Parking right next to the house. The last approx. 200 m the driveway may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but carefully passable depends on the current weather.

The apartment itself underwent a thorough renovation in 2025, offering first-class modern amenities and meeting the highest standards of comfort and quality of living. All civic amenities are in the immediate vicinity, with a supermarket just 100 meters from the house, the train and bus stations 1000 meters away, and Československé armády Square approx. 900 meters.

The apartment is located in the picturesque village of Řešetova Lhota. It's a place where the words relaxation and well-being are a reality :-) The accommodation capacity is for 4 people + a crib. One additional person is for an extra 150 CZK/night (5th person/folding couch). The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home. It includes a spacious dressing room. Guests also have a large garden with seating and barbecue area. The garden is partially fenced, so watch your pets :-)
