In proximity to Jerusalem's trendy shops, bars and (kosher) Restaurants (3 min). In walking distance to the Old-City (30 min), and the Jerusalem Theatre (15min). The bus to city center is across the street. The apartment views the promenade/park of the old Railway line. Despite its central location it is quiet and not facing the main street. On site resident restricted, free and safe parking. 1 block from Orthodox and Rephormic synagogue (3 min ) We are also happy to provide cleaning and meal reservations upon request (additional payment required). My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the views and the location. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The apartment is on two floors on the first floor there are two bedrooms salon kitchenette and bathroom. The porch you see on the photos if of from the salon. The second floor consists of two additional smaller bedrooms. On the second floor there are two toilets and a bathroom. The porch can be used in the summer as an additional lounge.

Stunning, bright 2 bedroom apartment, 2.5 bathrooms in the German Colony. Our gorgeous, newly-renovated home is perfect for a family. Spacious and sunny, with a lovely balcony and kids' play area. Fantastic location just minutes from Emek Refaim and across the street from Ramban synagogue. Our home has 4 beds but sleeps up to 9 with pull-out sofa beds with everything you need for shabbat, books and games for children, a washer and dryer, TV, a generous kitchen and luxurious linens and towels.

My mom and I just had the most wonderful visit in the Old City, where my son is at yeshiva. Yishai's place is steps away from Rova Square and so convenient. We only had a 3 minute walk to my son's yeshiva and enjoyed all the surroundings (restaurants, amazing Rova Coffee House, burnt house museum, stores). The beds were comfortable (can be pulled apart or together for couples). They were very responsive to any questions we had and tried to be helpful. We had trouble finding the exact spot when arriving but that certainly could have been a user error :) I followed the directions with the address and it brought me nearby the place - and the manager came immediately to find us and direct us when I contacted them. I would definitely stay again if wanting to be in the Old City.

Wonderful experience! We stayed at Gilbert's apartment and were very satisfied. The property is clean and well-maintained, with all the equipment and amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - within short walking distance to the Old City and city center. Gilbert was a generous and very communicative host, always available for any question or request. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, so all that's required is to arrive with your suitcases and feel at home. Highly recommended!

Great location, pretty neighborhood, walkable to supermarket, pharmacy, light rail and eateries. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the utensils and cooking items we needed. Rivka was very responsive and met us when we arrived and had left us fresh milk for our morning coffee and sweet treats. The bathrooms were big and plenty of hot water for showers. we felt very welcome. We stayed for two weeks and didn't have to ask for anything during our stay. strongly recommend.

Wir haben uns in der schönen lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung in den knapp 2,5 Woche unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt Die Wohnung liegt ganz nahe zur Emek Refaim mit allen erforderlichen Geschäften und Restaurants und ist doch sehr ruhig gelegen in einem sauberen Haus .Den Balkon haben wir bei der Frühlingssonne sehr genossen. Benjamin ist ein Superhost. Kleinere technische Probleme bei der Anreise wurden umgehend am nächsten Morgen behoben. Benjamin erfüllte alle Sonderwünsche, wie einen zusätzlichen Tisch zum Arbeiten ganz selbstverständlich. Außerdem hat er uns Vorschläge für Programmpunkte geschickt und sich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Vielen Dank !!
