Awesome place to stay. Fireflies were definitely one of the highlights.

We drove into the reserve and almost immediately came across a herd of giraffe and experienced the wonder of watching a whole family of resident docile nyala grazing daily around the campsite - so one really feels that one is in a game reserve. The staff in the reserve are very friendly and helpful - we were given a map and shown detailed directions to our tented camp. Despite this, we still got a bit confused - we arrived at the Tented Camp, not knowing which of the 4 tents was ours but it all made sense in the end though. We absolutely loved the design of the camp and the facilities - clean and stylish and very well appointed kitchen, lounge and warm tented sleeping glamping tents with en suite bathroom. A beautiful small pool next to communal deck invites one in, in spite of the early winter chill in the air. We bought a huge bundle of firewood and some firelighters at the entrance. I had a really peaceful and pleasant stay at Mbuluzi. Very beautiful place with lots of amazing wildlife. Just what was needed for going into 2025 ! All the staff at reception and the lodge were incredibly helpful, attentive and responsive to the needs of guests. I highly recommend this reserve for a getaway and hope to come back soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sofia's place, which has a beautiful garden and expansive yard with trees. The house is cozy too. Joanna received us well and was quite attentive.

This was my third visit to Mbuluzi and my experience there just keeps getting better. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, definitely a place worth visiting for a staycation 👌🏻

Wonderful place to stay, in and outside. very quiet and private. The house is accessible with a two wheel drive , you have to cross a ford to get to it, might be a problem after heavy rain. We have seen so many animals, a giraffe came to the drive way. We recommend walking to explore the park . We didn't meet another person , but so many different animals, especially a lot of giraffes. The park and the house are very special, highly recommend.
