I had a fantastic stay at Haritha’s flat in Chennai! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all essential items, which made cooking super convenient. What I really appreciated was the thoughtful setup of the entire property – there's a supermarket and even a kids’ playground within the premises, so we never really had to step out for anything. It felt like a perfect little self-contained world. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout the stay, and the peaceful, homely ambiance made it a great place to unwind. Haritha was a wonderful host – responsive, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chennai. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Accurate location and the apartment is just as listed in the pictures. All maintained very well. Appreciate Mr. Suresh for his polite response. Few points to improve. 1. Kitchen countertop is damaged. 2. No AC remotes available at the property. Becomes difficult to control the temperature. 3. Bathrooms need some detailed cleaning. 4. Faucets need some maintenance.

Rasheeda and Pervez were great hosts. Their place is located opposite to Loyola College in a centrally situated area of Chennai. The place is easily accessible through any mode of transport. T Nagar shopping district is very close to this. From an amenities standpoint, the place is exceptionally well maintained and has the support of Anita - the 'woman Friday' for anything that guests need. Overall a great stay experience and strongly recommended.

I had a great stay at Nihal's place, stayed here for 6 weeks and truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for women travelling solo. Nihal and his family went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and especially my safety. The house was very clean and had all the amenities was as listed. Nihal was highly responsive and went an extra step to help me whenever I need. The location is about 10mins (by auto) from prime locations. An additional bonus was the amazing home cooked food by Nihal's parents, the mum's ginger tea and his dad's(a chef) biriyani were a definite highlight. I came as a guest to Nihal's place and left as a part of their family. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend a stay here to anyone wanting to make new friends while in India.

Very much impressed with the way Senthil guided through out the stay. The property was too clean and in particular, the kitchen had everything that was required for a simple cooking. My kids were very happy to spend time in inside home in the evenings. A cozy stay for a small family.

We traveled from the US and stayed here for 3 weeks with family. The whole experience was amazing and smooth. Starting with check in, the apartment was stocked with new kitchen dishes, extra jars to store stuff, toilet rolls, fresh towels and pretty much everything you would need, when something’s were missing, the apartment caretaker Chandran was very prompt in responding and immediately addressed it. The cleaning crew was amazing and had a great attitude in case there was some additional work load. They supported us in every way possible. Thanks to Devi! Uthuman was very prompt in responding during booking and answered all my questions, Javid facilitated every request we had before and after check in, Chandran was our go to person during our stay and Devi helped us stay worry free about cleaning and dishes during the stay. Overall great crew and a really good place to spend time with family. The apartment is clean and looks like how it is in pictures. Highly recommend to NRIs!

Aunty and Uncle both are such nice person .. moreover , Aunty cooked great food for us .. Thank You Prabha Aunty for the hospitality and everything.. Cant thank you enough!!

The place was exactly similar to what was shown in the photos. The Host was responsive and the helper was helpful to us. The place was completely clean, ACs were very good and lightings were very good. I would like to visit again with my friends and family. Please be aware of road-side parking in-front of the place. beautiful place , lovely view on the 13th floor with a view of the majestic bay of Bengal , Pravin was such an amazing host he had answers for everything I asked , the room was well maintained and it's pretty big , he has everything required to make it a wonderful experience . The beds were also comfortable and 3 pretty bedrooms which were also comfortable and spacious . look forward to staying again in this property ❤️❤️❤️

A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.
