My place is distinguished by its excellent location in a cozy and green area next to Victory Park. Walking distance to the famous resort area of Arcadia and the Black Sea coast. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes of peaceful walk. There are many cozy coffee shops, restaurants, and shops along the way and near the house. The house has two levels of underground parking; you can rent a space for an additional fee! There is free guest parking near the house. There is a shelter in the parking lot!!
