Nice place, nice view, a short walk from Arkadia, a closeby store and a closeby nice restaurant to eat breakfast at... I truely loved it !

The property is located in a great location, the sea, transport, shops are all nearby. The apartment is for two,that's what it is. The host's welcome is excellent I recommend

Beautiful, clean apartment with great location. Located in a gated community with kids playground and lot of space to walk. This place was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Very comfortable beds. Enough space to sleep 4 people. 2 grocery stores within 5 min walking distance. farmers market nearby. Beach is located within 10-15 minutes walk. The host was very helpful and nice. All questions/problems were resolved within an hour. I will recommend staying in this wonderful place.

Hello! In the apartment from Anna we preceded from September 5 to 9. And it was the best getaway ever! The benefits of this home are: 1) convenient location: a health trail 5 minutes from the apartment, and there are beaches, cafes and restaurants, Arcadia in 10-15 minutes of an instant walk 2) there is an underground parking in the house, you can get there by elevator from the apartment ( alternatively to wait out the air alarm) 3) The most wonderful view from the sea window 4) The apartment has stuff for a comfortable stay and cooking 5) Very friendly host Anna, easy check-in and time flexibility to check in ( it was possible) 6) Very quiet area of the complex , where everything was needed: 2 supermarkets 50 m from the house, pharmacy, playground) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Quick and easy check in Just like the photos. Spacious

Extremely quiet and nice place, the view is just top. A very large cool terrace, but it is divided between 2 apartments, which may not be very convenient. Do not turn off the lights, which is a big plus in our realities, and the sound of the sea is really quiet and audible around, not the generators. There is a swimming pool for a fee and a very nice spa with a view of the sea and a cool service. There is a place to park your car. The apartment itself is made "for rent" and already some moments could be updated. But for a short stay, everything is great.

Location is very central and nice. Parking, supermarket, restrants, all are very near and Homwoener is very freindly and helper person. We will reservation again wiht Eldar

Great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stylish interior with a bunch of interesting details - there is no feeling at all that you are in a rented apartment, as if at home :) In the city center, also close to the station. There is a cool cafe in the house, where you can have breakfast and drink a cup of coffee. But, in general, hand to serve a bunch of different restaurants, stores, parks and other entertainment. Very welcoming owners who are happy to help if you have any questions.

Natalia was very friendly and helpful. It was a charming apartment, lovingly decorated with attention to detail, and equipped with everything you might need. Centrally located.

Praying for Ukraine

Overall, everything was good. My train was arriving early, there was an opportunity to check in right away. The location in the center is convenient, a bunch of establishments within a 15-20 minute walk. The only negative — the floor was dirty (didn't seem to have been cleaned for a long time) and dust in places

The place was amazing. The owner was very nice and had helped us a lot with transportation, local inventory information, restaurants. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, comfortable and cozy! I would advise you to visit this incredible place, do not miss anything!

An amazing one of a kind place to stay in! Very luxurious. Host was fantastic with communication! Would definitely come back to this place again.

Julia (the host) was very responsive, helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to make things right. 5 stars for that. That being said, I’d highly recommend a Drop Box for self check-in and somehow update the BNB address link to show up accurately in Google Maps. It doesn’t match.
