You have to drive to Hoan Kiem, but if you are Korean, Midding is on foot. Since you can move around, you can leave your accommodation and enjoy restaurants or shopping in the evening or morning after your trip without any inconvenience. Since it is like a shopping mall, there is a local mart or K-Mart on the first floor, so it is convenient to cook or buy necessary household items. In the evening, watching a movie at CGV in the shopping mall will be another relaxation.

Apart from the bathroom being a little dirty, the room size and location were all good.

I always try to come when I come to Midding side of Hanoi. I think this is the best value for money at this price range. The accuracy is high. It is convenient because there is a shopping mall in the same building, and there is also Starbucks and Vietnam's representative franchise coffee shop Highland. It's enough to come as a family. There are 3 rooms, 3 beds, a generous living room, and a kitchen. By the way, there are a lot of Koreans here, it's such a good neighborhood and a place with high stability. Also, if you go over the overpass in front, there are counterfeit shopping and Korean restaurants, pho thin, a rice noodle restaurant, and a well-touch massage shop, and there are many local restaurants nearby, and it took about 45-50 minutes by taxi from the airport. This is an accommodation that I admit.

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

The place is just awesome and the host is so much helpful that from early check in request to late checkout request and post checkout help in getting my luggage stored for my convenience is so much appreciated. Highly recommended!

I had an occasion near the Jerry House area. It was hard to find accommodation at the last minute, but Jerry House was ready to serve guests. The room looked exactly like the one in the listing—clean and smelling good. 😄👍

Really nice apartment! The location is great, especially if you have kids. Very nice area to have walks outside and there are some restaurants near by. Golf court 5 minutes walk from the apartment, cinema near by and a great park with animals such as a donkey, goats etc… All in all, very satisfied!

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. Great apartment for digital nomads like us: stable internet connection, dedicated workspace, daily cleaning and 2 bottles of water. The apartment had a washer and dryer, which is essential in Asia, ahaha. The location is a bit far from the centre, but there is the Lotte Mall with a cool food court and a hundred shops nearby.

We had an excellent time staying at Olive Garden. We actually extended our stay twice. The surroundings were a peaceful sanctuary in an otherwise noisy and manic place. We walked to many of the attractions in Hanoi. There is a street market within a few minutes walk. We could buy tofu, vegetables and fruits. The house is spacious. We were happy to have separate living and sleeping spaces. We used the kitchen to make meals. The television is large and good quality. The bathroom has two fans and the water heated very quickly. We had plenty of towels. The air conditioning was effective and kept us cool. This was a great place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet!

Amazing Stay! The hosts are perfectly responsive with quick and helpful replies. The place itself is gorgeous and a really fun vibe to stay with friends and family. Location is also perfect with every attraction in Old Quaters less than a 10 minute walk. Great Experience !!!
