Comfortable, modern and well furnished apartment in a great location across the road from the beach in Danang. It is very easy to walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. We loved the East West Brewing Company restaurant across the road by the beach. The host provided local recommendation’s and was frequently in contact to ensure that everything was going well. We appreciated the early check in. There is a lovely roof top pool, however there is no shade around the pool or sun loungers and it was way too hot when we were there so we didn’t use it. We would highly recommend staying here. 😀

We had such a lovely 2-night stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment. The location is perfect, right on Vo Nguyen Giap street, super close to the city center and easy to get around. The sea view was stunning, and the full-glass balcony made everything feel so open and refreshing. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. 😋 The host and co-host were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Enmy, who was so supportive and welcoming during our check-in. Everything was well-prepared and clean when we arrived. My bf and I truly enjoyed the time here - it felt so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely come back here for our next trip to Da Nang!💕💕

Great location close to coffee shops, restaurants, markets, 10 minute walk to beach and 15 minute walk to expat area. The studio is tiny, but clean and nicely decorated. Fast WiFi, large and comfortable bed, good AC and washing machine. Dryer is shared by other residents but we never had to wait and it worked well. Plenty of hot water and decent water pressure in shower. Be aware that the building is quite noisy (bring ear plugs) and the motion-activated hall light right outside the bedroom window goes off and on all night (bring eye mask). The kitchen amenities are very limited so don’t plan on cooking, and the building has a bit of a problem with drain flies. We did appreciate that the host was very responsive, and kindly allowed us a late checkout without charging us, and a weekly cleaning is available for no extra charge. Overall, we felt like the apartment was a good value and we recommend booking it.

This place was amazing. The host Ruby was very friendly and was always smiling. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always responsive to questions. A host can make or break your stay, and Ruby made sure it was great. The room was very large, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure in a large bathroom. For those with mobility issues, there is an elevator, so don’t shy away from booking. I used the washer and dryer during my stay and it worked great. There is scooter rentals on-site and a competitive rate. They won’t be beat on their daily rate. It is a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Da Nang. I guess you can tell I had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Clean place and comfortable. Host is incredibly proactive by giving information and checking if there is any further need. There are multiple washing machines and all work well. It’s peaceful to rest at night and the blinders help a lot in the morning.

We found the place very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Huynh was very responsive and big help throughout stay. Also, the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. We'd love to come back next time.

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

Great home and location! It was convenient to get to places, surroundings had items such as coffee, food, nail salon, ATM, etc. The house itself was clean and felt just like home. We would love to stay here again. Lastly, the host is very helpful and friendly! It was truly welcoming.
