A lovely rental cottage on the shores of Lake Päijänne offers natural tranquility and comfort for up to 8. The main cottage has 2 beds and a sofa bed, the beach sauna has an extra bed. The wooden sauna, renovated in 2025, and the gently sloping sandy beach are suitable for families with children. A gas grill, a masonry, an electric sausage, a rowboat and fishing gear complete the equipment. Only 5 km from Muurame's services. The main cottage, built in the 1960s, has been at its coldest in winter, so the traditional scent and atmosphere of the cottage are part of the experience.

A winterized cottage with all the comforts on the lake shore. The cottage's upstairs and downstairs bedroom have double beds and the living room has a sofa that can be spread out to a double bed. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

Warmly welcome to Halssila, Jyväskylä, a distinctive and idyllic residential area! Maple blossom is a hundred-year-old adorable pink little house in our yard. During the summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the coziness of a small house (40 m²). From the highway, you can reach our property by car in just a few minutes; we are located 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the center of Jyväskylä.

Cottage Päiväranta offers traditional Finnish holiday experiences in the heart of nature, just 10 km from the center of Jyväskylä. Sauna, swimming, rowing and fishing on the lake with your own rowboat, admiring the evening sun on the beach, cutting firewood, barbecuing, washing dishes by hand, throwing javelins... Enjoy simple chores and beautiful nature! Come and achieve an organic and relaxed rhythm of life! The cottage is a traditional summer cottage - the toilet is an outhouse and the water for washing comes from the lake with a pump.

Thanks to the fold-out sofa bed, up to four people can stay comfortably. Want to heat up the sauna and wash your travel laundry? No problem!

The yard chamber is located near the home of Alvar Aalto; Aalto's koetalo and Säynätsalo Municipal House within a 2-3 km radius, Muurame Church 7 km from the accommodation. The bed in the bedroom is 140 cm wide. The kitchen area in the room is equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Breakfast supplies are for you, please. A traditional Finnish yard sauna can be rented in the summer, with swimming in the lake. There is no WiFi in the chamber. The unit is compact at 16 m2.
