Each floor has a spacious area of 30 pyeong, making it suitable for families and small groups of 10 or less, and groups of 15 or more (when used simultaneously on the 2nd and 3rd floors). It is located in the middle of Eulwang-ri Beach and Sunnyeobawi Beach, which are famous for their vacation spots, within a 5-minute walk. There is a Dulle-gil where you can take a walk and trekking in the morning, and it is the best place for a vacation and healing space where you can enjoy bathing in the sea during the day and watch the wonderful sunset at night. 50 minutes▶ from Seoul, 15 minutes from Incheon International Airport, 3 minutes walk from Eulwang-ri Beach It is a vacation spot with beautiful sunsets in all four▶ seasons. It is a space of 80 pyeong, including Building 3, an ancillary facility, in addition to the main building on a 230-pyeong site. It is a villa-style accommodation built neatly with the finest materials, where you can watch TV. Clean white bedding and toilets are standard, and in addition to the main building, there is a spacious garden, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant, glass greenhouse-like barbecue area, and a separate space called Ttukseon Gudel-dong, which is available for a separate fee. This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood.
