Apartment vacation rentals in Mutley

A huge thank you to Rebecca and AJ, as I have found my perfect place to stay in Totnes! The flat is brilliantly located, walkable in minutes from station or town but beautifully quiet. Spacious, spotless, light and airy and nicely furnished; well-equipped kitchen, big bathroom with fluffy towels and the bed (with quality crisp linen) was so comfortable I wanted to take it away with me. Lots of useful local information supplied for visitors. Grateful to my hosts for their consistently helpful and prompt communications, such as about parking etc, and also for flexibility when a car breakdown on my morning of departure meant I might’ve needed to ask for another night (I didn’t need to, but the reassurance was appreciated!) Many thanks for a lovely stay that more than fulfilled all my expectations, and I very much hope to come back for another visit.

Lovely Cawsands as usual. The studio is always clean and welcoming on arrival, it has everything you might need. The little sunspot just outside the studio is somewhere lovely and peaceful to sit. A few steps from a pretty woodland and a few steps more to the bay, with it's sailing and fishing boats We have always found Mo to be friendly, cheerful and helpful. The locals are very friendly too. Try the bakery for wonderful breakfasts and homemade cakes!

The photos do not do this place justice at all. Absolutely lovely home and couldn’t recommend enough. Despite being a dog friendly place, it smelled lovely and was exceptionally clean. Host was great and communicated well. Check in was easy and the flat had everything you could possibly want. Situated a stones throw from a few shops, a petrol station, a pub and also the beach…you couldn’t pick this apartment up and drop it in a better location. We are already looking at dates to go back.

Kim’s flat is exactly as pictured, me and my partner had such a wonderful stay, we felt right at home immediately and felt so lucky to be staying in such a lovely spot! I would recommend this stay to everyone, thank you so much!

Location is perfect and quiet considering the location is in the main town. The flat was clean and a lovely size and the use of 2 bathrooms for 4 people was great. It’s good to be able to park to drop off and collect your items and the use of the parking permit was helpful (approximately a 10/15 minute walk away from the car park). On arrival I did collect the keys to find the main entrance key was bent so I couldn’t initially enter but after speaking with Kevin at Dart Valley he advised to just bend back into place (thankfully this worked without breaking and they would look to replace for new). We did have an issue with the heating to find it was controlled externally but after speaking with Fiona and other colleagues (including a message from Karen at Dart Valley) this was soon recitified. Regardless of a couple of issues, I cannot complain as they were all dealt with swiftly, promptly and with a helpful and professional attitude. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Mark and Jo’s place, the accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything. The location is outstanding, so close to the center of Polperro yet quiet and private. above all Mark and Jo have been amazing from checkin to checkout. The welcome cream tea, as other reviewers noted, is just the icing of the cake, we really appreciated it, and became our preferred breakfast for the rest of our journey in Cornwall

had a fantastic stay! great travel links and only a very short walk to the train station or into the city centre. the flat was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a holiday or longer! Although we didn't meet Leane in person, we did speak on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! thank you for a lovely stay!

Joanna's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay and Joanna and her husband were very responsive and friendly. We recommend it.

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

We had a peaceful few days here. The place is modern with all equipment we need to a high standard. You can tell that thought and care has gone into the design of the place. The bedroom and bathroom are particular highlights due to the spaciousness. Very clean throughout. Would recommend for a place to stay.

It was a lovely stay. The place had everything I needed and the host was very helpful. A smart looking amd comfy spot with a fully functional kitchen.

I had a really relaxing few days, the appartment is in a quiet lane in the middle of the Barbican district with loads to things to do and see nearby. Perfect for a short stay, the accomodation was clean and prefectly presented and felt very relaxing to be in when unfortunatly the weather gods conspired against me on one day. I would definitly stay at Emma's again and recommend it to friends.

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Absolutely stunning apartment beautiful view and added bonus of a hot tub. Everything was sparkling clean and and facilities are 5 star ⭐ Wonderful welcome and beautiful Cream Tea.

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.

Perfect place to stay, made very welcome, plenty of goodies, had to leave some! Spectacular views, especially from the hot tub. Sheila & Martin are the perfect hosts. Highly recommend. Wonderful apartment with everything you could possibly need for the 4 of us (3 humans & a 4 legged friend)

Lovely little spot on the edge of the moors, sauna and swimming pool are a 1min walk from the flat, but are fantastic and well maintained. The hot tub is excellent, not as private as you might think :) and takes a bit of love and attention to heat up, but worth it! Flat is small and homely, perfect size for a couple!
