Wonderful place in Westlands at the heart of Nairobi. Furnished and clean place that felt just like home. Trizah was very responsive and welcoming.

This was a lovely stay. We enjoyed walking to the dam and hearing the birds. The outdoor shower, bath tub and jacuzzi make this space different from others nearby. The bed was very comfortable for an Airbnb. We are thankful for our time at Forest Retreat!

Gina was super helpful and always responsive. Her place was beautiful and exactly what i needed. Great view of the city from the balcony and the pool and gym upstairs were great additions. Security at the door so no need to worry about that. Only thing that was a little hard to figure out was hot water in the shower but she helped get that sorted quickly and then i was good to go. I stayed in a different place for less money later on in my trip and found myself wishing i spent some extra dollars and stayed here instead. Recommend !

The apartment on the 12th floor (Unit 12H) was spotless, brand new, peaceful, and beautifully furnished with a stunning city view. The smart self check-in was smooth and easy, and the WiFi was fast and reliable — perfect for both work and relaxation. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional 24/7 customer service. The host was always available, attentive, and genuinely caring. I usually stay at the Hilton, but this Airbnb experience was ten times better. This is my secong visit to Ruth's place as usual the support which I received from her right from the early check inn to late check out *. Place is neat and clean. It's my home in Kenya now. Regardless place is super just as shown in pictures no compliants at all 5stars.

kennedy was a great host and the views and rooms were beautiful! very comfortable beds and a lot of storage. one of the showers leaked quite a bit and didn’t heat properly, but it was more of an inconvenience than a serious problem for us.

Mykie's place is beautiful and really well located, and Mykie is a very responsive, helpful host. I would gladly stay here again next time I'm in Nairobi!

Lovely and beautifully decorated apartment. The building itself has a lot to offer and the location is great. The apartment had lots of natural light and a large terrace. Patricia was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed a month in Vicki's apartment and we loved it. It's located in a good neighbourhood, with convenient stores downstairs, and a balcony on the quiet part of the building. What we loved most was Vicki's personality and level of service. She really put an effort into facilitating our needs. The best example of this was her surprising us by putting an extra desk in the second bedroom when she realised both my partner and I were working from home and one of us was using the balcony table as a desk. We will definitely book this place again when we are visiting Nairobi again!

Shelmith's place stood out in the listings because of its value and we're so glad we booked! Beautiful apartment with lots of space, storage, natural light, spotlessly clean and lovely design features. Mostly we loved it because it was cozy, quiet, in green surrounds, tight security and walking distance or short uber to all you might need. Great bed, comfy sofas, huge TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Shelmith was a responsive and super friendly host and no question was too much. We extended our stay and can't wait to come back next time. Found a keeper for future Nairobi trips 😊

I stayed here for 10 days in May 2025 for work. The flat was exactly as described. Very clean, well equipped, secure, and spacious. The hot water and internet worked well. It was cleaned every few days which was wonderful. I was able to do my laundry easily. The compound is very secure. It is a ground floor flat which looks out into the parking lot, so I don’t open the curtains very often. I was at work most of the time so this wasn’t an issue for me.

A beautiful home in Nairobi. The home is very modern with 2 balconies to enjoy looking out over the city. Everything was clean and it felt homie. We got escorted by someone to our room so we knew where to find it. The water for showers was warm and the bathrooms are great. I loved that every room had their own bathroom. Master suit was cool! I hope to stay here again sometime.
