Vacation rentals with beach access in Mustang Island

This is a total gem! The location is right by the beach and the pool and playground are amazing. This is the second time we stayed. Janis is very helpful and responsive and we had no real issues. The place itself is a little small, but for 2 adults and a kid its perfect and we spent most of the time outside. Gorgeous deck. The couch is somewhat uncomfortable but again, not a deal breaker. Overall we love this place and will probably stay again if she will have us.

The pictures don’t do it justice! I planned a getaway for my teen daughter and her friend and this was perfect. It’s within walking distance to the beach with a pool and hot tub accommodation. Plenty of room for my teens on their own private side of the condo and the girls got their own full size bath. There was even a sweet binder left with attractions and restaurants and printed google reviews for things in the area. Also had board games, puzzles and books. I hope to be back!

I cannot say enough positive things about the facility and the host. Super clean. Very comfortable. And the host was very responsive to any questions. This entire experience surpassed my expectations. We will definitely seek to stay with Natalie again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside condo! It was cozy, well-decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was kind and very responsive throughout our stay. And if you’re looking for the best possible view—look no further. The ocean view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and truly sets this place apart. Highly recommend for a peaceful and scenic beach getaway!

We felt so at home during our stay! Denise and Ernie thought of everything — from kitchen must-haves to bathroom amenities, our family of four lacked for nothing. Denise communicated promptly and courteously, and I felt comfortable reaching out to her when I had questions about local grocery chains. We would be so thrilled to get to stay again in the future. This wonderful beach condo was clean and peaceful. We loved looking out at Lake Padre, from the living room and dining area. We even got to watch a thunderstorm blow in and waves lapping. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The bathroom and shower were just the right size. It's near our favorite beach at the Ellis Seawall. We absolutely recommend staying at this place!

Meagan was so helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Her condo was very clean and the amenities were incredible. Such a short walk to everything you need. A great stay for our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s property in Corpus Christi! The place was cozy, clean, and perfect for our needs. It was especially quiet, which was ideal for my wife to get some much-needed rest before the marathon. We really appreciated the peaceful environment and thoughtful touches throughout the home. great host—we’re already looking forward to staying here again the next time the city hosts a marathon!

Jessica has been nice and giving me clear instructions on how to get to the house. The place is easy to find and does the job well. With three full bath and a half bath, I feel very comfortable after the beach time. Beautiful place and very closed to the beach. Would recommend to friends and family if they ever visit Port A.

Close to the beach. Pool was nice for after hours. Top hat ice machine was a pleasant surprise. Updated appliances. Showers were big. Beach decor was eye catching.

It far exceeded our expectations! We felt right at home and the house was in a peaceful, beautiful location. The owners left fishing gear and a crabbing basket and we loved sitting on the dock fishing! This is a great location for families!

Great spot right by the water. Fantastic hosts that are on top of it and gave great details on checking in. Clean place which is top of my list. Perfect spot. Highly recommend.

Such a cute home and wonderful way to start our summer. This house was the perfect size for our family of 5. The location is great - we rented a golf cart and were able to get to the beach / restaurants in just a few minutes. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Just can’t beat this location. Took about 100 steps to get to the beach. View is spectacular too. They actually had more Amenities than they advertised. They said they did not have a grill and there was one there, they said they had basic snorkeling gear, but they also had a bunch of Boogie boards and more beach chairs than we needed. They had literally everything that we needed for the trip and made it easy. Also, very very easy check out instructions.

Coral Cay is always an amazing place to stay at Port A - with easy beachfront access, a great view and it always helps to have a communicative and proactive host. The real part - yes you are at the beach, it’s very humid and certain parts of the place get hotter than others during the day. The AC is boss, the balcony is a great day ender and it had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

We were searching for a place to stay for a family getaway and came across this gem—it turned out to be the perfect choice. Lorie was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything listed in the amenities was exactly as described. The private sidewalk to the beach was just a quick 3-minute walk, making beach access super easy. Lorie also provided a wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which was a huge plus and saved us from having to pack or buy extra gear. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this one—it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable!

This condo was perfect for our family. Easy walk to the beach and had everything we needed. Lou was helpful and responsive.

Mark’s place was just perfect for Father’s Day weekend. It was clean and organized. We loved the decks and the beautiful views both offered. We saw dolphins multiple times. The living room was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice having an ice maker. Both bathrooms were clean with good water pressure. Both had plenty of towels and toilet paper. Also good blow dryers! So often the blow dryer is terrible. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the deck off the bedroom at night. The second bedroom was clean and spacious. The pool was small but it was fun to lounge in it with the float chairs Mark has. The lower deck has great furniture, very comfortable and the brand new grill works great! We grilled reddish from Paul’s seafood, so good! The beach is near by and Marks beach chairs are nice. We had a great visit and I can’t wait to go back. Mark is a great host and is very quick to respond.

Our family really loved this place. We really didn’t need to bring anything. Steven’s place had all we needed to make this a wonderful experience. It was peaceful and quiet for our family vacation. The pool was perfect. Getting to the beach was quick and easy. Definitely a place we will return for our next trip to Corpus Christi.

This place was absolutely stunning and Lorie was more than accommodating and goes above and beyond! Extremely responsive with chat and check in was a breeze! All the amenities included were amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking. Me and my family were extremely pleased and can’t wait to return next summer! You will not regret booking Lories condo!

Location, Location, Location!! This condo was in the perfect location! It was clean and comfortable. The host was fabulous.. quick responses and proactive with local attractions and restaurants. I thought the shower pressure was awesome.. and that’s important to me. I would go back.. and likely will!! 😊
