We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

In de binnenstad van Hanzestad Zwolle staat dit historische, kleine herenhuis , waar je beschikt over een volledig eigen ruimte met keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer. Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals oude paneeldeuren en glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een (steile) trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).
