The apartment was neat and clean when we arrived. Was escorted in and given an explanation on everything. Highly recommend this place when visiting this area.

Great apartment in perfect city location. I was a bit nervous about being in the center of the noisy city. However, when you closed the living room windows we were surprised at how no street noise could be heard. We mostly had the window open to look down on the people below which was GREAT people watching. The apt. was very clean and Silvia was very responsive always checking to see if we needed anything. I'd highly recommend and look forward to staying there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Marta’s place in Florence. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Marta was an amazing host — always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Her communication was excellent, and we truly felt taken care of during our time there. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Florence!

I booked this place for my parents, and during their stay, they kept telling me how much they enjoyed it — from the comfort of the accommodation to the overall atmosphere. They were so pleased that I asked them to share their own thoughts. Here’s their review: We spent 5 days in this apartment which was same filing as at my own place. If you need you can use the washing machine, the microwave is a good solution for food warm up. The bath was for the first time in our experience good enough especially the shower head which was same as my place. And the distance from the old town city with all famous landmarks was 15 minutes by walk and the train station which is very good.

Sylvia was a great host. Very fast at responding to messages. She met us at the property and gave us a tour. She recommended local restaurants which we tried and were amazing. The accommodation itself was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Sylvia provided lots of little extra for us in the bathroom. Very well accommodated for women staying there. There is some street noise as it is a busy area, however earplugs were provided which was great. The bed was very comfy as well. We would definitely come back and stay again! Even though outside the centre it’s only a short tram ride into the centre of Florence for €1.70…and away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre. We were super happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back! Very hidden gem of Florence…

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was clean, comfortable and Lorenzo was an extremely gracious host. He was responsive and very flexible and accommodating. Lorenzo provided maps of Florence, and recommendations for restaurants. We had a lovely stay. It is within walking distance to the train station, and all of the historic city sites. The only thing to consider is that the apartment overlooks the summer market. If your group is sensitive to noise, it may be something you would want to consider. On the positive side, we were able to enjoy the beautiful music in the evenings while we enjoyed out cocktails. I would recommend this apartment and Lorenze as host.

The location is good. close to the SMN train station. In 15 minutes walk you reach the historic center. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. perfect for a family or a group of 3 maximum 4 people. The check-in, check-out and communication with Luca were very good.

Giuseppina was very attentive to our needs, she accommodated us on our arrival time which was delayed due to transport. Gave us clear instructions on use of appliances, and sorting garbage. Sent us recommendations to restaurant that was incredibly good, perfect for us. Always greeted us with a lovely smile and had her apartment prepared for our visit just right. Certainly recommend it to friends and relatives who wish to stay at a comfortable, clean and quiet place in Florence. It is especially close to the historical center and the river with its beautiful bridge. I would stay here again! Nicola is also a kind man with a gentle smile, responding to messages quickly. Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende in der Wohnung von Agnese verbracht. Alles war bestens. Sauber, ordentlich. Schön. Die Kommunikation mit Agnese war sehr unkompliziert und sie war jederzeit bei kurzfristigen Fragen erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This was the perfect place for our family! We have some roots in Italy so we travel there often, but are always looks for new and interesting places to stay and experiences! Highly recommend!

Soggiorno perfetto! Lorenzo si è dimostrato molto disponibile e preciso. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per essere autonomi al nostro arrivo. Ha accontentato la nostra richiesta di check in anticipato e check out posticipato. La casa è molto graziosa, spaziosa e con tutti i confort di cui avevamo bisogno. Wi-fi ottimo, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, prodotti da bagno completi, cucina attrezzata di tutto e ….piacevole sorpresa…disponibilità di prodotti di buona qualità per fare la colazione (Cosa non scontata) Posizione comodissima, a pochi minuti dal centro e da piazzale Michelangelo. Esperienza molto positiva. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare da Lorenzo.

Staying at Flora's was nothing short of magical! We spent a week at Flora's with our kids (3.5 and 6.5) during April and had a lovely time. The unit is comfortable, well kept and cosy. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque. The location makes it easy to travel around northern Tuscany in a rental car, and you can also park at the town nearby (2 mins drive) and take the bus to Florence (which takes about 30 minutes). Flora herself is a kind and attentive host and made us feel so welcome. Our kids loved playing with Goofy the dog and watching the chickens from across the fence. The fresh eggs, olive oil, cookies and sweet wine were a nice and welcoming touch. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to say at Flora's and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

The place is big and very comfortable. The host is very friendly and provided us with breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise! I will recommend to my friend.

We loved staying at Alessandra’s apartment! It was just the two of us, and the place felt spacious.The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The only small note is that the stairs to the apartment were a bit narrow, but since it’s only one flight up, it wasn’t a problem. Other than that, everything was great.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

Fabulous large apartment in a quiet area but only a short walk into town. Federico was a generous host who enhanced our stay in Florence and ensured our arrival, stay and exit was seamless. Our best experience in Italy so far.

The location was central and perfect for us. There was a little noise into the evening and in the morning when we were sleeping but nothing that some ear plugs or white noise wouldn’t fix. We did open all of the windows and doors which was an error as we let in some mosquitoes which I hadn’t really thought about, so we all got bitten a fair bit but that’s on us! The apartment had everything we needed and it had been really well thought out. I’d left my guidebook at home so appreciated the little library of guidebooks that were available. Bianca was helpful in the lead up and during our stay and allowed us access to the apartment to drop our bags off before check-in was possible. All in all a brilliant apartment that I would stay in again.

Good location, easy to reach city center by foot. the streets close by are lively, you can find bars and restaurants easily. Flat is in a quiet place.

This place is incredible, so walkable to everything: the Ufizzi museum, the Piazzale Michelangelo, the Mercato, etc. Restaurants everywhere. Quieter than being right in the middle of everything, and not having to worry about stairs. Bed was massive, amenities like coffee were great. We even got to do our laundry. Cannot say enough good things. Silverio even let us stay a little later than check out which was so kind. Would recommend this spot to anyone!
