Our apartment is perfectly located with a hundred restaurants, cafes, shops around. Le Marais is a very famous and trendy area . The metro is at the corner of the street is hotel de ville and the metro « chatelet les halles » is 10 minutes walking distance from us and direct to all train stations, airports and EuroDisney. We are in front of the Pompidou Beaubourg modern art Museum in Le marais, one block from the Seine River , Notre Dame Cathedrale and the hotel de ville and 10 minutes walk from les Halles shopping center or 15 minutes from le Louvre . We are in the heart of Paris. Our apartment has just been remodeled. It has a modern living-room with an open kitchen decorated with a lot of antic trinquets a nice bed room with a high floral fresco , an elegant black marble bathroom with a very big shower and two sinks with incredible celling at more than 4 meters high . You will have all the comfort, you want: cable TV in the living room, wifi, plug to charge your iPhone, bar where you can sit for lunch or put your computer to work, a new fully equipped kitchen with all appliances: expresso machine, toaster, microwave, fridge, rice cooker, design tableware, washing machine and dryer ... a hair dryer in the bathroom. Of course we put some amenities such as coffee, tea, water, a few sweets, shampoo, shower gel, soap and slippers... For your safety we install an air purifier in the apartment , that will renew the air in between two visitors , so that Your health will not be affected by PM2.5, bacteria, viruses and pollen suspended in the air, harmful furniture gases such as formaldehyde, and substances hidden in blankets and sofas including hair and dust. 99.99% high-efficiency removal of bacteria and viruses You get Safe, clean air! Cleaning service is possible during your stay if you wish. We can even propose a driver to and from the airport or just for your shopping. About the situation of our apartment: We are located downstair in an old building. You must know in the corridor of the entrance of the building are 4 stairs, nothing terrible but has to be mentioned for people with disabilities, In my apartment a 4 cm step as well as in a shower It's best to let me know so I can assist you as best I can. Unfortunately my apartment is not done for handicapped persons A perfect place for a holiday or a professional trip in a very design artist loft.. House Loft artist on garden In the heart of Paris

I am pleased to suggest a unique stay in our haven of peace of the 7th Arr, a 100 m2 artist-loft house on 2 floors with a small flower garden in the heart of Paris. Ideally located between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, rue Duvivier is parallel to rue Cler, pedestrian and shopping street (one of the most famous of Paris: restaurants, terraces, bars, bakery, cheese and flower market, fruits and vegetables) . This artist's house (redone in 2013) is a perfect place to stay for families or friends (near bus and metro lines, military school or latourg maubourg at 100 meters) .It is divided into 2 floors, the ground floor has 2 entrances (one entrance through the garden and another by the yard), it includes toilet with sink, a large living room (8 seats) with desk area in the library with large picture windows that overlooks the courtyard garden and a kitchen loft style with dining area for 6 people on a large black marble worktop, the decoration combines the charm of the old (tommette of the 18th century, old door of the 19 th century) and the modern and industrial materials (industrial aluminum luminaires, black iron beams, large windows and blinds in white linen) all modern and practical comfort (flat screen TV, cable, internal and unlimited wifi access, video games, books, music). At the end of the living room you will find a charming bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a sink and tiled floor. To access the 2nd floor, you will take the staircase which is at the corner of the living room and you will arrive in a very long room bathed in light thanks to its windows way greenhouse and velux, a very large office (board games, books or drawings ) separates the 2 beds (1 single + 1 double) on each side, follows a 2nd bedroom with desk, TV 2 single beds (possibility of a third bed pull pullout bed). These 2 bedrooms serve a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. To end the visit, you can take advantage of the garden-courtyard and quiet to have an aperitif with friends or read your tour guide with family! WELCOME & ENJOY !!!

If you are 2 but wanting extra bed for sleeping separatly, ask it for 30€ for the entire stay.
