Vacation rentals with beach access in Muscat Governorate

very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

This apartment is simply top-notch. Located in a great neighborhood with many good restaurants, yet it is very quiet. There is also a shopping center with a large supermarket just around the corner. The apartment itself is equipped with everything important. The pool in the courtyard of the complex is also great. And Bader is a fantastic host, always available and very flexible. Highly recommended.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

Fahad's place is located in Seb and not in Muscat. It is a 30-minute drive from Muscat. But that's what we wanted. In front of the beach which is great for a late afternoon with the family. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed. I recommend this apartment which allowed us to relax at the beach and have a good time with family.

I had a wonderful stay at Mohammed’s apartment in Al Sifah Resort. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The charming ambiance and thoughtful details throughout the space made it feel like a true home away from home. The location within the resort was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Very nice place to stay especially for big family/groups. Attractions are within reachable distance. Some improvements in the future, can provide basic necessities such as toileteries and hair dryer. Otherwise, we are happy with the service.

Very pleasant stay in this apartment. The neighborhood is very friendly and the apartment is close to the marina as well as shops/bars. Comfortable and generally well-equipped apartment even if it is missing some utensils for cooking. The pool is a big plus. Recommended! Thanks

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

Hatem is an amazing host and person. I am planning to return to Oman to explore it even more and I would definitely stay at Hatem’s place again. We arrived at 4 AM and it was very easy to check in. Hatem was always available to support with any anything that we needed. He helped us with local recommendations and he pointed us to an amazing pastry😊. The beach is 5 minutes walk and Azaiba beach which for us was much nicer 5 minutes drive. Car rental from my perspective is a must in Oman. All in all a very nice experience.

The Apartment felt like home, clean, tidy and accessible to every single thing you need in your own comfort zone. The entire house is safe for kids, switches to every single plug, The house itself is really peaceful and has a nice Omani vibe that really met our needs, clean sheets, clean bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Issam is such a nice guy, very friendly and very responsive all the way, he made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. I myself will rent it more in the future and refer it to friends and family.
