This is a lovely large, spacious, nicely decorated modern ground floor flat in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is very clean. All 3 bedrooms are generous. Beds 1&2 have en-suite bathrooms whilst Bed 3 has its own bathroom next door. The dining/ living room is also very large. There is a fully equipped separate large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens. Good A/C and WiFi. To the front is a sunny patio with garden furniture The apartment has free parking outside. As public transport is very limited in Muscat, a car is pretty essential. A couple of convenience stores, an excellent Syrian restaurant (Bab Shaqri) and a highly rated Spanish one (Alacena) are all within 5 mins walk. Other supermarkets and eateries are within a few minutes drive away. Jokha is a charming, super-responsive host with a passion for property/ rentals. A couple of minor issues brought responses within a couple of minutes. I can thoroughly recommend staying here.

Staying at Sukoon Apartment was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful furnishing and the excellent choice of décor — everything was perfectly selected to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is located in an exclusive residential complex between Muscat and Al Seeb. It is very quiet there and the 1-minute walk to the marina and the promenade The Walk with lots of restaurants and cafes is very easy to reach. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the stand. There are no umbrellas there, so you should bring them with you. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished, we lacked nothing. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer are available, so you don't have to pack too many clothes. Upon our arrival, the apartment was clean and Armani immediately took care of our additional requests. There was still a towel and a fresh sheet missing, which was brought the next morning. We only used the air conditioning from time to time to cool down the bedrooms a bit, it is very quiet and powerful. The private pool next door is also great! We will be happy to come back.😊

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

Pretty apartment by the sea

We had a lovely stay at this charming flat in Al Bustan. Although Hayley wasn’t there in person, she was super helpful and responsive throughout. The flat is in a beautiful, traditional Omani-style building, and the neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. We especially loved walking along the beach at night – we even saw bioluminescence, which was magical! It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking for a quiet escape that’s still within reach of the city. Just note there are no restaurants nearby, so self-catering or a short drive out for meals is the way to go. Watching the sunrise from the flat was absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend the drive to Sifah beach – there’s a hidden stretch of sand that felt completely private. Would happily stay again!

Mahir’s home is a place you won’t want to leave. Spotlessly clean, stunning view, huge pool. Very comfortable bed, full kitchen, safe area , everything was perfect. Loved the drive into As Sifah, we stopped at little villages and talked to local Omani people. Treated like friends, not tourists. This is a fabulous place and I’m coming back. Mahir, thank you.

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

I travelled to Muscat with my wife and two kids and we had a wonderful vacation. The location of this apartment is perfect. Quiet enough that it’s not noisy when you want peace, but surrounded by a myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops when you want something to do within walking distance. Easy access to all of Muscat’s sights. Excellent pool. Close to a lovely beach. We encountered a few issues with the place initially that Hudhaifa was attentive to and sorted out in no time. Would absolutely recommend this lovely apartment, and would happily stay as a guest of Hudhaifa again in future.

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. The accommodation is modern, convenient, clean and comfortable and just a 5-minute walk to the pretty beach of Qantab. we even see it from the balcony! thanks to Vincent and his team and in particular Samantha who was super responsive, accommodating and caring. if we return to Oman we would not hesitate to rent here again.

The house is just by the sea, with big windows and fantastic views. Our stay was happy and satisfied. Host is responsive and Super warm. Oman is a beautiful and safe country, and this Airbnb is very worthy for anyone to stay.

Very friendly and helpful host, he was easy to reach at any time. It is in a beautiful and quiet location, with sea views. The facilities were good, everything was there. Highly recommended.

MK and his brother were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at their place. Wish we had stayed longer at their place. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Muscat. Waves is 5 mins away, our family truly enjoyed and place was super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Muscat next time again.

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!
