Everything was great. We had a super large terrace with a covered corner that is large enough to be able to stay very well (even when it rains). It's all very clean. We used the outdoor shower daily after swimming in the sea. A washing machine and clothes rack are also provided. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We had bicycles with us, which we used daily. The only thing that would still be ideal is a dishwasher. Florijana welcomed us very, very nicely. Everything was totally straightforward with her. The place can only be recommended. Thanks for the great stay.

When booking an internet listing, what we experienced here is a very rare and extremely good thing: based on the listing (photos and text), we arrived at a much more wonderful property than the imaginary place. Everything was as it was described, but even better: it was seen that they were constantly looking after the place, both in furniture and in the garden and in other outdoor spaces. A little diamond is this place in a calm, peaceful bay on the water. Our host was very helpful, helpful in everything and very kind and patiently tolerated our questions, problems, and solved everything. The environment is tidy, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, you could really relax and relax here. It was a special kindness to offer water sports goods owned by the host for use during our stay (e.g. SUP), and we didn't expect that. Thanks for everything, just keep going!

This house is beautiful, very nice inside and outside, in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a bit out of the way if you’re visiting Sibernik old town, but it has private parking so you can access it with a car. Natko is a very friendly host who makes you feel right at home.

Great accommodation!! Especially the location is great. Supermarket, beach, restaurants all within minutes walking distance. The place is equipped with everything you need and is just like the pictures present it.

Everything was super fine. The beach was right in front of the door. Magdalena and Natasa were super friendly and helped us quickly if we had some problems. We had a great time. All in all- absolutely recommendable.

she was so nice to us .. ☺️ and the village is so beautiful We had a lovely few days in this lovely little village where almost everyone knows each other. And everyone was very welcoming. As for the house, it is close to the river, about a ten minute walk. Swimming in the river was a special thing, the river is warm and clean. From there you can take a boat to Krka where there are rivers, about 40 minutes by boat. The international route there costs 40 euros per person, whether you come on foot, by boat or by bus. I wanted to clarify this here because it was not clear to us at first. Thank you for hosting us.

This accommodation is far superior to any others I have had the opportunity to stay within over my travels using airbnb. The location is idyllic for anyone who dreams of experiencing an unspoilt island holiday, away from throngs of tourists in every corner of every restaurant, or spreading themselves densely on every beach. Here is a gem within a local crown, a sparkling pool and ample other socialising facilities on site within almost a stone's throw of a peaceful uncrowded beach. Magdalena went above and beyond the call of duty as a host to ensure my stay was wonderful, and met my expectations which were intended as a celebration in honour of my mother's birthday who had passed with Covid a couple of years ago. Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and generosity ! i encourage everyone to visit while visiting the Zadar region !!

The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the airport of Zadar. It's very modern and Ivan is a great host, everything went by arrangement. He even drove us from and to the airport. Congratulations!

We absolutely loved our stay at Apartment Luka! The apartment was spotlessly clean, tidy, and equipped with modern, high-quality appliances. The shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of our favourite features was the double doors from the bedroom that opened onto the balcony – it was amazing to wake up to such beautiful views every morning. The pool area was equally relaxing with stunning views, perfect for unwinding. The location in Podstrana was fantastic, with easy access to Omis and Split. The hosts were kind and attentive, making the experience feel like a hotel stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a perfect getaway!

We had a really nice time at the apartment. The view from the balcony is lovely, you look directly at the sea and the apartment is close to cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is simple, but it has everything you need. Communication was always fast and friendly.

Great stay perfect for what I needed, close to the festival and close enough to the shops and restaurants in tisno. But also nice and quite :)

Very nice and welcoming hosts. For the arrival, prepared refreshments of local products and wine. Beautiful beaches near the house (they also come to the beach from nearby towns). Depending on what we like, there are beaches with more people and very private where we can often be alone 😉 About 4km to the town where you can do more shopping and walking. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely want to come back in the years to come.

Lovely stay, really spacious apartment and best terrace with sea view ☺️

We were very happy to spend our holiday in the apartment of Sinisa. We found everything what we needed there. The flat is very nice and modern. Plus - the balcony for my morning yoga was perfect. And close distance from the SportArea Višnjik was something what we were looking for. Our priority was train there; and the 2km distance on foot to downtown only was second privilege for us (our soft part of our daily training). We used to go to the beach outside the city - by car. We have changed the beach destination every day. When we come to ZADAR in the future, we will contact Sinisa again.

Comunication not that great but othervise perfect.

Karlo and Miroslav's mother welcomed us and explained everything by thread and sign, not speaking English, she made herself understood in other ways but no problem! The apartment was clean, tidy with an equally arranged bathroom. There was no oil, salt, or sugar, but it wasn't a big deal. The great location allowed us to walk to the beaches in 10 minutes. There are two supermarkets near the apartment, both within walking distance. In the apartment there is also a 43-inch television right in front of the bed!

Great place that was close to the beach. Loved the jacuzzi and the apartment was very spacious and like that it had a washer and dryer.

Josip was a fabulous host and made it easy for us to find restaurants shops and the old town etc, all amenities were very local with a good choice of supermarkets and cafes. we would certainly recommend staying there and is ideally suited for a couple. Thank you Josip for making us feel welcomed
