Apartment vacation rentals in Murta Maria

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Le logement correspond à l’annonce, très propre et fonctionnel. C’est situé dans un quartier calme, à distance raisonnable des attractions en voiture. L’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite (bruit des voisins au-dessus). Le séjour était agréable et l’hôte est charmant. Merci beaucoup!

We feel so lucky to have discovered Pier’s place in beautiful Pittulongu, Sardinia! The location is incredibly convenient—just one block from the stunning beach and only a 3–6 minute walk to several charming restaurants and bakeries. One of the restaurants is literally right across the street! There’s also a convenient parking spot available. The garden is absolutely lovely, with a pomegranate tree and grapevines right outside the bedroom window. Highly recommend this gem!

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Sehr großzügige und schön geschnittene Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist hell, modern und man genießt eine wundervolle Aussicht. Angela war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sie hat uns auch sehr schnell geantwortet und sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

Marco was terrific! The lodgings are upstairs from his parent's residence and very unique in a positive way. We had an issue with the washing machine and Marco took care of it while we were at a beach. He was very flexible regarding check out and really wanted us to experience the wonderful surroundings.

Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay with Marco and Elena! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They provided us with a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. Throughout our stay, they shared lots of helpful local suggestions and information, making it so much easier for us to explore and enjoy the area like locals. Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, direkt am Meer aber trotzdem zentral, mit tollen Cafés und kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!! ✨

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!

L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone
