Our apartment is small (1.5 rooms) but cozy with all the comforts with private garage. The house has Wi-Fi, cable TV with radio, fireplace. In the kitchen, in addition to the standard appliances, you will find a Moka for Italian coffee, and American coffee machine, a fundu cooker with plates and cutlery. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The apartment (30 m²) is part of a single-family home, which was completed in December 2018 and has its own entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen incl. Dishwasher, as well as full equipment to prepare magical menus. A small toilet with sink and a separate shower offer all the comforts you could want on vacation. Shuttle to the cable cars, Laax, Falera, Fidaz, Bargis in max. 5, Lake Cauma in 15 minutes by foot.
