1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Parking for boats w outside 110 outlets and ATV. ( let us know if you need this parking space) This room has a queen bed, bath and a full kitchen! No dogs over 40 lbs. No cats,thank you! 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah. Long term guests ask about laundry option.

2bdrm Boat/Trailer Parking @Land between the Lakes

Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
